Decent for the price
It's difficult to focus especially in lower light. I took photos of the moon the other day and it was good enough for local TV station to show it on the weather. It took normal sharpening but was good. Found out it must focus beyond infinity since the moon was before that point. Might have something to do with it being a t-mount lens for many cameras. I see a bit of fringing in high contrast situations. I have not tried the 2x adapter. Near impossible to handhold and get a well focused picture. For the price it is near impossible to beat. I had reasonable expectations at this price and was satisfied with what I got.

Difficult getting sharp image
I have difficulty with getting crisp, clear, in-focus images. no matter what I do. I have returned the lens.

it is not of good manufactured quality to me
I dod not want a mount adapter. wanted a lens that would be quick change, that aperture was adjustable. seemed to be poor quality in manufactureing.
