The first strap I ordered failed to be delivered - I received an empty envelope! Reordered - looked lovely and was easy to adjust to the strap to fit …… however …… my fitbit fell off and when I looked the pin where the strap joins the fixing to the Fitbit had fallen out and the strap came away from the tracker. I could have lost my Fitbit if I had been out - luckily I was in the house and heard it hit the floor. Wouldn’t recommend…..

Love it. I know some reviews have been critical of the mechanism to reduce the watch strap size but I found it easy to use.

This came with a really handy tool to adjust the watch strap size. Comfy to wear and looks and feels great.

Useless unless you have an XXXXL wrist. Comes with a tool to remove the extra links but no instructions, I googled and managed to remove some but some would not come out so it’s still too big, and it’s too much effort to take it to a watch shop to remove links. Would not recommend

I bought this after going through 2 of the plastic bracelets in a couple of months. It was easy to ajust the size by removing some parts with the tools provided and it looks very good on the Fitbit (same color and material) - Looks and feel very durable.

Nice strong strap. It comes with a plastic tool to take the extra links out. In the photo you can see there are arrows on the links to show you which direction to push the pins.Feels secure and looks expensive.

I lost my Alta just before this band arrived but I did want to recommend it to others. It is very attractive and good quality. The rose gold in the middle is lovely. The way it fastens is easy to use and seems secure. I did try removing some links and found it fiddly but got help from a U-Tube video.All in all it's well worth buying and a great price.

I haven’t been able to attach it to my Fitbit because it did not come with a tool to remove links. The last band I ordered from Amazon came with a tool, but I don’t have it anymore.Turns out that it was supposed to come with a tool. Mine didn’t. When I finally was able to adjust the band so it would fit, it would not stay attached to the Fitbit device. It comes apart and falls off my wrist a number of times daily. It is not safe to wear if you don’t want to loose your Fitbit.When I contacted the company they would not honour there product and would not refund me or send a new band. Yes, it was a few months later because of COVID and I had to find a link tool, but they didn’t include the tool in my order.
