Awesome belt
The belt is a must have! I am experiencing back pain every now and then and I am very careful at what I wear. When my back starts to hurt, I put the belt on for as long as needed and it helps tremendously. I can literally feel how it straightens my back out. It does feel weird at first, but it sure is working. Even my husband uses it :)

However it looks like it might work!
I tried it but it is a little big. I am 200 pounds and 5’6 and it Velcro’s but a large would fit perfect or a medium snug.

Rides up from the lower abdominal area to the ribs
Nothing stable about this belt to keep it in place. Tossed it away in frustration after repeated triesto get it to stay in place as it is advertised. It ended up being more of a rib belt riding under thebreast area than where it was supposed to rest on the body.

As an RN x 42 years, I stand for a living, working over bodies, bent over, twisted, & reaching with both arms as I hold equipment used for treatments.Your belt keeps me supported and free from pain !Regular practice of YOGA also helps immensely !Thank You !

Good for Sitting Exercises
This product is good for my exercises especially when dealing with the bike. When I sit, it still stays in place and doesn’t budge. Even when I stand and bend to pick something up it never moves. Sometimes though it moves a little but for the most part it stays put. I love it!!!

I received a size too large and wrong color....however after some back & forth communication and time lapsed I finally received the proper size back brace / slimming belt.It’s feels so much better!!! Thank you seller for a fantastic product.

The plastic supports sewn inside are awful. Pokes me when I bend. Stopped using it.
