I'll start off by saying, I know, gross picture, but it's to show that I did use the wax given in this package and am pleased to show it does remove the hair.Onto the next thing, I am ecstatic to be changing my review, as I had originally given a 1 star for not receiving items... but it was my mistake because though I have bought many things online, I failed to look inside the wax warmer for additional items.The seller also contacted me immediately to try and fix the issue that was caused by yours truly. But was understanding and helpful!Now, finally about the product. I have only ever waxed once before in my life and swore to never due it again because of the pain. But after over a decade,I decided to try it again. The wax is a little bit of a pain and used an entire bag of the wax beans for one leg, but this being my first time actually waxing; I cannot complain one bit!The instructions are great and easy to follow. (For use and for cleaning the product). This is a great buy! I would recommend this to anyone looking for an in home waxing kit, especially if it is your first time!

I really like the way this wax machine heats up so fast. The directions say to turn it to the highest heat, then turn it down. hen I turned the temperature down the wax got hard very quickly, so I had to turn it back to the highest heat. I used the wax and it was not very hot when I applied it, so it did not burn, which is good. However after using the wax, it only removed fine hairs none of the course hairs that I really wanted to be removed. I have now used the wax machine a second time and the wax still did not remove the course hairs. I am disappointed n the wax itself and will need to get some different wax.

Got this wax and warmer for mostly facial hairs. The wax does take longer to heat up than instructions say, and I also kept mine at a higher heat than the directions say to keep things liquidy. It's a learning curve for sure if you've never used a waxer. The wax can be super stringy if not picked up correctly. Overall though, after trial and error I was able to wax quite easily and with less pain then the strip waxes. Warmer works fine, but I'll be getting different wax for sure. Also, I did see a review where the complaint was that it kept turning off and on. It does that to regulate temperature. the light goes out when it reaches temp and then comes back on when it drops temp.

Gets the job done. Wax setting has to be maxed out to even melt the beads I get and keep it melted but thankfully it doesn't get overly hot. Definitely buy quality wax beads as the ones this set comes with aren't great. Disappointed that the temperature guage melted the print off due to some oil I used to clean up but considering you don't need to use anything than max heat it is currently a non-issue. Wish it has a longer cord.

This is great for waxing eyebrows, ears, and nose, but not good for legs. It doesn’t seem to get all the hair out which leaves you redoing areas of just finally giving up and shaving them instead. Would still recommend because like I said it works great for small areas and I like how easy it is to use (no wax strips, no microwave for the quick/cheap kits, and I’m not left with a sticky residue).

The warmer looks nice but I’m not too sure if the temperature control is accurate. The different colored waxes don’t have different purposes. It’s all regular wax just different colors. The wax isn’t the best. I have to redo parts at least 3 times just to get all the hair off in a single area.

I was really excited to try it out. Tmi i let my hair grow a week prior to receiving it. I was ready to get clean none hairy armpits.. But it all was a fail. The waxing pot didn't some to be heating. The light that lets you know its on didnt stay on which its dangerous to not know if something is on and hot. The wax beeds didn't seem to melt right. Took more than what it should have. It was on the highest heat level and it didn't feel hot what so ever. When I started to wax my armpits the wax was already cooled off by the time I placed it in my armpits. No hair was removed.

Works pretty good on eyebrows. Not as good on the upper lip. But... that could be user error. I am new to this kind of waxing. Im used to the sticky liquid wax that you have to use muslin strips with. So hopefully after more practice I will not have any issues.
