I had TKR (total knee replacement) in Dec and was recently introduced to kinesiology tape during physical therapy. My therapist put it on for knee pain and it helped immediately. The only problem with the tape she used was that it would start to peel around the edges less than 24 hours after she put it on. This was fine when I was going to PT 3 times a week, but once it was cut down to 2 days a week, it wouldn't last over the weekend and I would have 1-3 days without any support.I wanted an affordable alternative to the expensive name-brands like Rock Tape, KT Tape, or the Kenesio brand used by my therapist. So, I put my superpower of hyperfocus into action and spent several hours researching kinesiology tape and reading Amazon reviews for different brands before deciding on the Refun brand. I liked that it had over 1500 reviews with most of them being positive, the fact that it came in black instead of granny panty beige, that it came in 10-inch precut strips with rounded corners, and I especially liked the $5 per roll price for a 4 pack, which is about half of what the name-brand tapes run for a 16.5-foot roll.It can be hit or miss when shopping on Amazon for something I've not used before, especially with all of the Chinese knock-offs out there, so I kept my expectations low when I used it for the first time. The first thing I noticed was how the edges weren't rolling up as they did for the Kinesio brand used by my Therapist. I could run my hand across the ends and they stayed in place. My pant leg wasn't causing the edges to curl and it wasn't affected by showering. I took it off after 48 hours, because my therapist said I shouldn't have it on for longer periods and that I could break out in a rash.I wanted to see how long this stuff would hold up so I didn't take it off after 48 hours the next time I used it (Shhh, don't tell my therapist!). My second use and the pics in this review was from Feb 7 - Feb 15. On day 9 the tape was holding just as firmly as it was on day 1. In fact, had I not taken it off, I bet it would have gone another 4 to 5 days easily. My concern of having sticky skin, or worse yet, a raw area from riping skin off when removing the tape was quickly put to rest. The tape that didn't budge from a week of daily wear and tear pulled off cleanly and easily when I wanted it to. There was no sticky residue left behind and my flesh is still attached to my body.I haven't used Rock Tape or KT Tape brands so I can't speak on them, but if you're looking for a good kinesiology tape that is affordable and works well, then look no further. This stuff works great and costs half as much as the name brands. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy this again. However, it came with 80 strips and each strip lasts me about a week so I won't have to buy more for quite a while.

I have suffered with a fractured left arm & muscle spasms in both biceps, torn ligaments in my knees, and constant lower back pain for a long time. Doctors want to give me prescriptions for the pain but I'm allergic to just about any medication. Then one day my brother told me about something he read about....kinesiology tape. He said athletes use it all the time. I have relied on roll on pain relief, stick on pain patches, hot cloths, you name it.... and they have never helped get rid of the pain. So, being tired of having constant pain.... I decided I have nothing to lose and tried the tape. I bought my brother lunch after using this tape because it's the first thing that has ever helped. I taped both my biceps, both knees, and my lower back. This stuff is amazing. I'm not going to say I'm not ever in pain anymore with my knees, lower back, and biceps. BUT....I will tell you AS LONG AS I'M GOOD ABOUT KEEPING THE TAPE ON THEM I am out of pain for the first time in a very long time. It's very important to replace and fix the tape when I need to. The bicep muscle spasms and the crippling pain in my knees stops, and my lower back stops hurting. Actually my left knee that is really bad has stopped hurting even after I take the tape off. But I am not pushing my luck and will continue to reapply the kinesiology tape. Sorry this is so long, but if you've been in pain for a long time, I want you to know this is at least worth a try. Don't expect instant results if you've had serious injuries for quite awhile. After you wear the tape for awhile is when you suddenly realize you're not in pain any more. I hope this helps someone out there that's in pain. You do get a good amount of tape from this company and it stays on after a shower. Just little bit of a problem designing your own taping technique for what you need it for, but well worth it. I have to go now to tape up my injured body parts. :) ;)

Great dervice

I work in physical therapy and this is by far the best brand I have found for kinesiotape application. It stays on really well and does not lose the elasticity the way other brands do. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Great product for the price. I was surprised by the durability of the tape. It remained in place much longer than I would have anticipated. I will certainly purchase again.

I regularly use the tape to reduce inflammation and give support to my injured knees and back. I've used Rock tape and Stark. This is so much better across the board! I have MCAS and reactions to adhesives, some fabric bandages and other tapes often didn't stay put, no issues with this one! This is my new favorite! No skin irritation, lifting, strings, smell. It has a good amount of stretch, feels comfortable on, has lasted 5 days and stays on after a shower just smooth it down and dry. One caution... It sticks really well til you are ready to take it off! If you have a lot of hair, it's reccomended to shave first, or taking it off will really really hurt. I didn't have much of an issue but there is some ouch to removal, the first time, with soft low back hair. So worth it, to have a put it on, stays put, makes me more comfortable, knesio tape.

Love it, easy to work with and easy removal

This works great.I use it for tennis elbow while playing hockey and it stays on the full 90 minute game.Great price also.

The media could not be loaded. Says there's 4 rolls when buying, I got 1.Says it's kinesiology tape, it might be but it's not what's pictured, for sure.Came with extras like nipple covers (why do I need this for sports taping?).Basically one giant long unpadded bandaid you have to cut yourself. Doesn't stick well, either. Not good for on the foot or any sweaty areas when doing sports.

Was advertised as k-tape and multiple rolls. Received one roll of cheap tape
