Follow directions of how to use & get relief
Toe support is why this is so effective. Evenly supporting toes is key & what other brands of socks don't have. Not bulky or uncomfortable. Glad I didn't listen to SOME other reviews Ive read on this sock. Ppl who complained were not follow the easy directions of: proper usage on how to start off w gradually increase tension, not tightening straps too much. Extremely happy w purchase. Now I wish I would of went w buying this combo pk so I would hv one for each foot. Was hesitant only cz Im cheap and don't want hassle of return. Feet hurt too bad to be driving and trying to do return if it wldn't of worked. Def purchasing one more!!!!

May help with time, but broke after 4th night.
I have Plantar Fasciitis in both feet. I ordered two. I adjusted them slowly as suggested, with a little angle at first and adding a bit each night, as well as wearing for 2-3 hours at first. Last night was my first full night, wearing both. By morning one had broken and is now unusable. The metal ring on the cuff under the knee ripped off. Have called the company and they responded immediately and are sending me a replacement. I would like to give it the full four week period to see if it makes a difference. I am doing many other things to heal as well, so may not know for sure how these socks contributed, but will try!

Follow the instructions!
So far so good. When they say start by slightly pulling up tension and for only a couple of hours working your way up they are not kidding. The first night I tried them I thought more tension would be better to speed up the reduction in foot pain....well it doesn’t! Within about 15 minutes I had Charlie horses in my calf’s! Dumb move on my part. Following the instructions helps! Slow and steady wins the race!
