Allen Company Fletch Remover with 2 Blades

This is a very good quality fletching remover especially for the price. It works great, no gouging whatsoever. Removes glue residue and leaves the arrow surface clear and free of damage. I've been thru all 3 blades without an issue. Id definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a budget priced fletching remover that performs as it should.

I've always have just used a sharp knife or razor to take the fletchings off. It took some time to do it without knicking the shaft but I always seemed to knick one or two of them. I was able to strip eleven arrows and clean up five of them completely before the blade wore down enough to not be effective. I took the sharpening rod from the kitchen and was able to put an edge on it again and keep using the same blade.

I am the director of our local youth archery organization. We have over 200 archers so keeping our arrows in good shape is a job. Before I bought this Allen Fletch remover I used a razor blade. : ( This was very slow and I had to be very careful not to cut my self. With this Allen Fletch remover I can safely remove loose fletchings and the glue residue left behind. Well worth the money. I actually purchased two so that I could recruit others to help !!!!

If you’re only looking to remove the vanes from a few arrows this is perfect. After the 7th set of vanes I removed, I needed to swap out the blade. Not terrible but not ideal. It fits in the hand nicely and it does come with extra blades. I recommend it as a beginner tool. The arc of the blade fit will on my 5mm arrows and did not scratch or tear up the carbon.

It took me a bit to get the hang of this de-fletching tool, but once I got the hang of it, now I love it!

Works as described and comes with two Extra blades. Highly recommend if your a do it yourself person.

Funciona el producto, pero para Flechas delgadas no queda bien la navaja, es muy grande. Su relación precio-Calidad es mala. NO volvería a compararlo sino incluyen 1 tamaño mas para su navaja. The product works, but for thin arrows the knife does not fit, it is very large. Its price-quality ratio is bad. I would NOT buy it again but include 1 more size for your knife.
