This book is concise yet complete, covering most cases expected to be seen in clinical exams.Every section starts with techniques and tips of how to do the physical exam, and gives hints on how to reach the correct diagnosis and provides good relevant photographs, then common pitfalls which helps you avoid common mistakes done by candidates, then an example of the typical way of how to present your findings for each case, then questions expected to be asked by the examiner in a nice conversational way which puts you in the mood of the exam.It helped me and many of my colleagues pass the Arab Board of Internal Medicine OSCE exam, and we are using it to prepare to PACES - clinical UK exam.We used multiple references but this is the best all round book for preparation, requires much less time than other books yet easy to remember and covers almost all questions asked by examiners (However doesn't cover history taking and communication skills stations).It is written by an expert professor who is a well-known examiner for several clinical exams.Highly recommended.
