Item did not arrive at time quoted, two days later. Two of nuts covers missing, some Of spot welds very poor. Assembly very easy, required two bodies to assemble. Found socket 14mm easily to use than spanner supplied.like finished look

Came sooner than anticipated. a lot taller than we thought espescially when you add the last finiall but well worth the money. Easy to assemble and very pretty. Had a lot of neighbours comments on how nice it looks. really pleased and would definitely recommend.

The Gazebo is very nice and elegant looking, once it is constructed. However, it may be helpful to any potential buyer aware of the following:1) It is actually quite big - slightly bigger than what our retailer informed us, and bigger than I had imagined by looking at the photo. So, if you have only a small garden, it can be a bit "in your face". A tip to (visually) reduce the size of the gazebo is to move it slightly further back , just 1-2 feet , and the difference can be quite significant. It is to me, anyway when I moved my Gazebo back.2) You also have to make sure that you have slab or paving stones in your garden so that the gazebo can rest on it. Otherwise, it may sink into the ground in yourgarden! Also, please make sure your stones are fully flat as you would not want your Gazebo to slant.3) Even if your slab stones are fully flat, the gazebo may appear to slant just a wee bit - this is because the base may be just a bit wider than the top so you may need to adjust the base to make sure it does not appear slanted.4) It is advisable to have a joiner to assemble it for you, unless of course, you are very good in DIY and you have all the tools and machinery required to put the gazebo together. There was an instruction assembly sheet provided but the screws/knobs, etc provided may not be sufficient to secure your Gazebo to the ground firmly enough. WIthout my joiner who secured the gazebo by drilling it into the slabs, I doubt I would be able to do it all by myself, without it falling down on me!5)There was just a wee bit of rust on the metal rails, but then, for that price , it was still good value for money.6) If you cannot get the Gazebo assembled on the day of arrival, please make sure you have adequate space to store in your garage. Actually, it took less space than I anticipated to store it in my garage, but it's better to be prepared. You would not want your unassembled Gazebo to lie outside in the rain, would you?!Once you get that all assembled and constructed, the gazebo can be quite an "Eye Candy" and beautiful. It can look rather "majestic".I have to say that the service given by the sellers at Velvet Rhino (who displays their products on Amazon.co.uk) , Paul and Kealy , they are superb. Via text and email, they gave me information about the Gazebo before I bought it, and after purchasing it, they kept me fully informed when the Gazebo would be delivered. Not only are they efficient people, they seem so very friendly and helpful, as if nothing was too much trouble for them. Doing business with them was such a pleasure. I have no hesitation to purchase more things from Velvet Rhino, again if I see anything I like at Velvet Rhino.

Very good - quality product came well packed and delivered on time. Took me about 2 hours to erect. It comes with a small spanner to do up the nuts and bolts, but do yourself a favour and get the socket set out ! Looks lovely in my garden where it has replaced a cheap poor quality one made out of two garden arches.

Exactly as described, was delivered very quickly. Looks great and well made. Good value for money. Can't wait to get it put up.

i cudnt beleive my luck wen i found this gazebo on amazon ,, a snip of the price for exactly the same thing from garden and other retailers ,i soon snapped one up and althou its not outta the box yet i am well thrilled ,, my neighbours are gonna be nosin wen they see this ,, am gonna grow clemitis up it ,, its gonna look the bussiness !
