Doesn't work for oven rack lubrication
The oil spray is specc'ed to be stable above 600deg F. One would imagine that it should then not decompose and still offer lubricity. Wish this was so..Lubed a "frozen" extension oven rack and the spray did nicely loosen it up. However, after baking at 450deg F for an hour, the oil emitted fumes, smelling like burnt vegetable oil--which is its oil base and after a second bake cycle, also lasting one hour, the rack froze. Bearings and slides froze and the rack no longer was extensional....back to square one minus the cost of the spray.So--this product does not perform.......not recommended.
