looks great, lots of adjustability, sticks out too much
I bought and installed two of these on identical toilets. Somehow worked fine on one but caused the other to not keep lid open due to how much this handle sticks out. Check for this issue before installing it -- one or both parts of your toilet lid might not stay up. I had to replace one of them with a different model, but also from Fluidmaster because they design very good flush levers.

Brushed Nickle Toilet Flush Handle
First off, the picture instructions are terrible..!! I had to figure it out on how to install it. Secondly, once I figured how the handle is assembled, I realized that the plastic nut ( white plastic nut in the picture ) was missing from the packaging. The plastic nut secures the handle to the toilet tank. Luckily for me, the toilet handle that I took off, the old white plastic nut fits the new toilet handle or I would of had to return the whole thing. The nickel finish of the handle is nice, and there is some sort of spring mechanism that returns the handle back in the horizontal position after the handle is pressed down, which is a nice feature that makes it seem more high end for the price you pay. I think it's somewhat over engineered for what it is. I would of gave this toilet flush handle a better rating, but the lack of instructions & the missing plastic nut spoiled it for me.

Nice, but protrudes too far with front install
Easy to install. Works well and can be suited to most installations.ONE BIG CATCH PEOPLE NEED TO BE AWARE OF:The handle sticks out too far on a front installation, causing the seat lid to hit the handle. We have to be very careful opening the lid now. I may have to figure out some way to cushion this. Unfortunately, I did not know about this until post-install and coming back to search for reviews where other people indeed had this same issue.Hopefully my images will catch more peoples' attention beforehand.Overall a great product with one major design flaw.

Pretty Upgrade with One Small Flaw
UPDATE: I bought the oil rubbed bronze version for my parentsโ bathroom which has oil bronze metal accents. This flusher went well with their theme. It was an easy install, and Iโm pleased to report that the actual lever is solid metal and feels really durable.Definitely an improvement over my plastic handle that came with the toilet. I did a bunch of DIY projects in our tiny bathroom that included adding brushed nickel hardware. This was a perfect complement. It was super easy to install and adaptable to any toilet. The mechanism for the actual flush feels so much more smooth. I didnโt realize how junky the previous handleโs flush action felt and sounded. The handle itself made a bunch of noise when pressed. This one makes no noise.Where this loses a star is the handle on the outside comes in two pieces and they donโt line up perfectly. They are both square so itโs obvious when up a little close. I doubt people will be paying close attention so I can live with it. Besides that, I love the look!

I was pleasantly surprised!
after the bad reviews I took a chance anyway. I'm glad I did. the 1st picture is how far the arm lever goes forward. I'm holding the pin that goes through the nut placed in the tank. The 2nd pic shows how far in the opposite direction the arm moves. It also shows the nut through the tank the outside housing and handle. The 3rd pic shows the install. I gave it 4 stars not because the handle itself was a problem it's the non-standard hole in the tank was a problem. I had to use a coping saw to modify the nut to fit the hole. the curved tank wasn't a problem (made by Crane). even with this modification the install took less time than writing this review! Of course I was curious about some of the issues in the neg reviews. so i kept taking it apart to see if i could see the problem. I'm thinking some of the problems were with the plumber. So to recap it was easily modified to fit a non standard hole, it fits a curved tank and has the capacity it fit a side mounted handle. Update: I would mention that the seat might hit the handle so don't put it on a kids toilet they slam everything!

Over engineered square peg into a round hole
Never thought would write a review for a toilet handle, but the over-engineering sparked this review. I understand the attempt to make it "universal", but a simple time-tested levered toilet handle became overly complex with this unit. Installation was performed on a standard toilet tank with the handle mounted on the front of the tank (not side mounted)Issues:1. The locking nut assembly (the part which goes through the toilet tank handle hole) has a square mating face. The toilet tank hole has a round (oval) hole. Square peg into a round hole, does not fit. Solution: Filed the corners of the square mating piece to round it off a bit (it's plastic). Had to discard the square fitting gasket and not use (since it's square). So much for universal fit.2. Once installed, the handle protrudes out from the tank about 1-5/8 inches (~41 mm). Looks fine (a little large), but the main issue is when toilet seat lid is placed up, the top of the lid comes into contact with the protruding handle. Over time the toilet handle itself or the top of the toilet seat may get scratched/damaged after repeated raising/lower the lid. Time will tell.Overall it looks good and the mechanism works smoothly, and does its job (both for your #1 and #2 "events"), but has its flaws.

Buyer beware
1. The handle has a spring return-to-centre mechanism, which was broken on one of the two pieces I bought (returning it).2. The handle is metal, but the trim plate is plastic.3. The handle is coated with plastic, and it is blemished *under* the plastic (on both of my ordered items). Not extreme, but certainly noticeable and disappointing.So...get it if you like the look, and hope you get a decent specimen.

My husband was very disappointed with this handle.
My husband was very disappointed with this product. He struggled to place this toilet handle onto the toilet tank. He thought it would be easy but was not. The lock nut on the handle was hard to come off. He tried just about everything to untighten it. It would not buge any. He ended up going to Canadian Tire to get a new toilet handle and installed it no problem.

Beyond satisfied
This kit was an absolute deliverance for me! I had struggled to find a model that could fit an unusually thick tank. This one dealt with that problem in exactly 14 seconds! The white adapter that comes with the kit was Magic! The push to click feature for the handle is so convenient! The adjustable arm was equally incredibly practical.I HIGHLY recommend this product! 10/10

Excellent lever, Good buy
This lever was ease to installed and my toilette flush lever has not worked better. I like the spring action so the lever returns to the original position within seconds. It has multi angle adjustments to fit almost configuration. It was well worth the money to buy the premium kit. I am planning on ordering a second lever kit for my down stairs bath room. Joe

Simple installation
Appears to work fine. Very easy to assemble and install and should last awhile. Tools really not necessary, at least for installation purposes. Rating it high right now as the result of the reasons mentioned. Will update as time wears on, however. Very satisfied at this point.
