Very difficult to set up and use
It was a gift.still not working well,I can call the child he can't call out no texts or messages rec'd. Have asked for help,get no good directions in English. Have to send back because when u call for help ur on hold then hung up on. No way to make it work! No one with good answers.

Needs SIM card which isn’t provided
I’d give zero stars if possible. This watch doesn’t state anywhere that a SIM card is needed to operate and doesn’t come with one. Terrible purchase.
