The product is well made. Sturdy.

I love the the whole concept of have a shelve over the toilet paper holder to hold your phone. The item itself is very sturdy and is quite elegant with a rustic feel too.My only complaint, it did not come with any instructions on how to instill only the hardware. I still don’t know what one of the hardwares provided was for. LOL.All in all I really love the product and it’s really ingenious design.For anyone installing on tile and doesn’t know how to like me, here are some tips:I had to do some research on how to install it on tile. You will definitely need a tile/glass drill bit. When setting up, use painters tape & sharpie to mark the holes. Leave the tape on the tile while drilling, it helps keep the drill bit from slipping when you first begin to drill. I went slow when I first started drilling, to make sure not to crake the tile. So you know, the gold hardware with the threads around it, the screw needs to go in it when drilling the toilet paper holder to the wall. The stainless steel knobs get screwed onto it; to cover the screws. Just another little tip, Make sure you get those plastic anchors flush onto the wall. One of my anchors didn’t do in flush and went in a little wonky; this made the self be slightly unlevel by 1 degree, which was fine for me. It’s still usable and can hardly be noticed, unless you are really looking.

I didn't want to drill into the tile if I didn't have too. Used only one existing screw hole, and covered the back with strong shelf tape. Still strong 14 months later!It's perfect. No more turning around for the wipes. The only annoying thing is that the thickest TP rolls juuuuust barely fit. I wish the bottom edge was beveled for this reason, but that's a pretty advanced complaint.

Used it for half a year and turned out not to like it.
