I like this product I felt it helped me recuperate faster after workout

The CoQ10 makes this one look yellow in the capsule, only problem is that the bottle was crushed in shipping, and it is one sturdy hard plastic bottle so it must have been attacked by a gorilla to pull that off... ... anyway, otherwise it is ok.

I've been buying GPLC for a number of years to help with the intermittent claudication (only being able to walk a short distance without having to stop due to pain from lack of circulation) caused by PAD (peripheral artery disease). Recently Amazon sent out a warning that they were dropping Vitamonk GPLC (the brand that I was using at the time) due to manufacturing compliance issues, so I decided to try Carlyle, and am really glad that I did, as it has increased my treadmill endurance considerably. I need to thank Amazon for that message they sent, as this is something that impacts my health. I'm buying Carlyle from now on and have added it to my "subscribe and save" items.

Much potent then most of the brands I have tried. Only negative was that the capsule said 1250mg but after weighing several tablets they all were around 1050 mg - 1000 mg. On my third bottle and will continue using it if price doesn't increase.

These capsules dissolved and got gummy and some of them were split apart. They were always stored indoors , But they look like they melted.

I had read very good reviews on this so was hopeful but it might be too much for me I had a weak feeling and chest pains when I took this- again it could be my system and the dosage As it seems like this is a quality product just not for me

it's tough to give 5 stars to this company,for the main reason their constantly out of this product.let it be known..it works great! this may be the reason they go out of stock..hey Carlyle...don't sell these if they are constantly out of stock..please up the manufacturing..thanks

I take two of these (2500 mg) and 1000 mg of Acetyl L-Carnitine daily. I can definitely notice an increase in sex drive. There is some research that shows this combination will work for that. I'm 50 and work out, mostly weights, I have not noticed any difference as far as that (workout/weight lifting etc) goes but thats not why I bought it anyway. I'm just mentioning My personal experience in that area in case anyone is buying for work out reasons. I've been using for about 3 weeks now and it works for what I wanted it to.
