Cynthia Hart's Victoriana 2014 Calendar Calendar – Wall Calendar, August 15, 2013

I first bought the Victoriana calendar in 1989 which was its inaugural year. Since this was also the year my husband and I got married and moved in to our current home it is easy to remember that a Victoriana calendar has been gracing my kitchen for each of these twenty-five years. The 2014 calendar follows its predecessors' formula with some especially beautiful monthly themes.In January the theme seems to be lovely ladies and their accessories as we have beautifully dressed women, gloves, ribbons, jewels and an assortment of flowers including pansies and lily of the valley featured. The center Valentine for February is cupid and a young lady and they are surrounded by lavish decorations traditional for heart day. March has a St. Patrick's Day theme that also works well for the coming of spring. A young miss in a lilac decorated Easter bonnet accompanied by many other Easter/spring symbols makes April an especially pretty month. Mother's Day is recognized in May with a young mother, father and babe surrounded by flowers the most prominent being pink roses. June is for cats not brides this year and a little girl holding one takes center stage with other children, flowers and kitties circling them. July is very patriotic with Betsy Ross sewing the first flag and other Victorian symbols of the United States grouped around her. August is by the sea with a comely young woman in a very modest bathing outfit plus many other seaside pictures. September shows us young well dressed ladies bowling as well as other old fashioned pictures with autumn tones. October showcases a young blonde witch and lots of black cats and other traditions of Halloween. November has children playing a puzzle game plus Thanksgiving turkeys and kids and adults enjoying ther leisure activities. Finally for December instead of Santa we have a cute child with a stocking and a trio of puppies plus lots of other tokens of the season including some small Santas.This 2014 may very well be my favorite of the twenty-five calendars as each month is beautiful and unique as well as having a seasonal theme which I like to see in calendars. I just hope Cynthia Hart continues to produce these lovely works of art for years to come.

If you love seeing old-time Victorian themes, art work and its history, this is the calendar for you. Each year I buy this calendar and look forward to seeing what Cynthia Hart has created. She sure does a marvelous job! The calendar is large sized, well made, bright, vibrant and full of life. It makes me feel good just to look at the images. Each month is unique. In addition to the calendar is a book of days to record loved ones birthdays, anniversaries, etc. There's also 4 postcards with usually at least one being for Valentines Day & also Christmas. This calendar is top drawer. Gorgeous!

I have been purchasing Cynthia Hart's Victoriana calendar for over ten years. The pictures are busy and packed full of old-time ephemera. It's always a joy to turn to the next month. This calendar also comes with extras such as postcards, small calendar of days, a large stand-up calendar, or even wrapping/scrapbooking papers. It's such a pleasure to receive it every year; I will continue to enjoy it. I highly recommend this item for anyone who has never purchased it. Thanks!

The book was so insightful as to the variety of games for both children and adults. At one point the book became quite a visual experience to feel how much fun one could have by using your creativity with no assistance from anything mechanical or technological. This book can also be used as a teaching tool on all levels. It is inspirational for any age.I highly recommend this book for all ages and all levels.

This is a very colorful calendar with nice size boxes for each day to make notes in I have used this calendar for years and each year I love it more . The quality is outstanding lots of thought goes in to producing this calendar each year . You get separate post cards with it as well and those I have sent them to are amazed at the detail that has gone into producing them .

I buy three of these every year. One for my mother, one for a friend of hers and one for myself. We have a 1881 home and the calendar is perfect for anyone who loves Victoriana. The pictures each month are exquisite and a treat to look forward to. I have photographed each it each month, hanging in my Victorian kitchen, and used the photo as my profile picture on Facebook.

This was my all time favorite Hart calendar. Feb, Mar, Apri, and Oct are wonderfully crafted with Valentine's, St. Patrick's, Easter, and Halloween in mind. There wasn't a month I didn't love! I'm saving this one.

I was given a Cynthia Hart calendar for a holiday gift about 10 years ago or more. I have purchased one every year since so I can enjoy it on my refrigerator all year long. It is so beautiful, artistic & creative. I've also given it as gifts and it always gets rave reviews.This is a major winner!

Purchased two of these for Christmas pressies as they will love this. You can't find these anywhere as my mum used to get these in the City when she worked there years ago so great I can still get one for you.Would purchase again next year - arrived well before Christmas so really pleased.Thanks

Packaging good. The product met my expectations and in some cases beyond my expectations.It's a shame AMAZON doesn't pay any taxes in this country thereby contributing to this countrys' growth which in turn helps the low paid and needy people. SHAME ON YOU!

Because my decor is traditional this works well in its surroundings. I have been buying the same one for years first from past times and when they discontinued it from calendar club.This is the least I have paid for it so I am well pleased.
