Failed frame
I bought 4 of these framed prints March 2020 as I love this artists work.Happy with all initially.Jan 21 decided to move this particular print from one wall to another. Lifted the frame off the wall and it fell apart in my hands. I suspect one side of the frame was not secure.Contacted seller to explain , attaching photos and request a replacement.They suggested I had dropped it.Again explained in 2nd message this wasn't the case at all and that there must have been a fault with the frame.Asked seller to reconsider after further clarification from me.Unfortunately they were not prepared to do so.Frame should have lasted more than 9 months.Really disappointed with their refusal to replace when frame has failed due to no fault whatsoever on my part so will have to buy a replacement at my own cost.Sadly on this basis would not recommend.
