This mug is actually quite nice. Very durable. Easy to snap apart and clean. It keeps my hot drinks scalding for up to 2 hours depending how hot I make it to start. Its microwave safe, but do not leave the lid on, that's never recommended. Heats quickly in microwave. Its double wall (cup within a cup), so its insulated. All plastic, which after 6 months hasn't deteriorated in any manner. I'm not sure how rough a car ride it can sustain without showing slight dampness from the drinking hole in the lid, but it does turn to open and close. It's not possible to tip it over unless you do it with effort intentionally.This mug has an industrial type finish. It's not a high gloss polished item made to look like it is always brand new. So, it will look a bit weathered in its finish. But it clearly is new and unused. I'd say in all, the price is fair, but could be an awesome deal for two dollars less. But I did look and try other products for quite some time, this was the best I've found. Just purchased a second one. I would recommend. Honestly a good product. If you recieved a poor quality one, it's likely an oversight. I'd ask for a replacement in that event. But for each negative comment, there's likely 50 satisfied customers that don't bother leaving feedback about a mug. I'm only doing it cause I'm purchasing a second for my home, as the first was for the office.

Junk, after a bit of use these cups are falling apart. The base will retain water between the insulation. Microwave will eventually distort the lid and break the bottom of the cup. This cup is extremely overpriced. I have purchased 4, and all 4 are in the trash. 25.00 sad.

Great Mug to take on fishing boat. The shape is easy to hold enough coffee for those cool mornings out on the lake.

I love this mug. I got a mug from Speedway a long time ago that was this exact shape, but it recently broke. This mug is the next closest thing. There are a few downsides, of course, but if you want something in this shape you have slim pickin's, friend.+ Handle is comfortable and pretty sturdy, despite it's weird shape. Can't say that about the Stanley Admiral, which is twice the price.+ This shape is the best, extremely hard to knock over on a desk.+ The cover comes apart into two pieces so you can clean it it very thoroughly.- The bottom foam is cheap and is applied with double-sided tape. This double sided tape starts to come loose and then screams at you when hot water gets trapped in it. We removed it.- The cover is poorly made, with a lot of plastic spurs that will cut you or rip your sponges if you wash it absentmindedly.- You'll get only about an hour of hot drink, depending on how much you have left in it.- Honestly, unless you really want this shape, it's not worth $15, and I'm pretty sure it's cheaper elsewhere.- Not leak proof, but never claims to be. Just tip-resistant.Like I said, I love it, but I will absolutely review it fairly. It's a niche mug for a niche audience.

I recommend this item.. if you can find a cheaper this item is very good to have… keeps things warm for a longer period of time even outside in the cold below 33° or so.. Be careful the lid because it can leak if turned in the wrong direction upside down or what have you put a natural conditions lead works fine.. The worst thing about this was the price it was overpriced if you can get a cheaper than to go for it.. once the price goes down I plan on getting me some more in different colours of purchase things before the cheaper price my mother and other family members and friends enjoy it.. It will not burn your hand you won’t feel the heat this is good to go

So. I've been several-times-daily using one of these exact cups for coffee at home for more than 6 or 7 years. picked that one up (new in wrapper) at a thrift store, it had a C-store logo on it I never heard of. Well, the old cup is still just fine but the printed logo started peeling and chipping so I'm replacing it with a new cup, no logo. Best coffee cup on the planet, in my opinion.It ain't exactly cheap to buy, but you won't ever wear it out or break it! Get it, you won't be disappointed.

I ordered two these a few years ago and had no issue with them at all. It was time to replace one of the older ones so II ordered two of these. Of those two one was broken and the cap was loose fitting on the other one. Since it did not leak I kept that one and ordered a replacement for the broken one. The seal on the lid of the replacement is so tight I have a difficult time getting it on and off. Just seems the quality of these has gotten worse over time. Im going to see if there is another seller who sells these with better quality control.

I needed a lightweight mug that would hold a can of chunky soup. It is the perfect size. It has been through the dishwasher and microwave about 5 times. The last time I put it in the microwave it leaked a little bit of water out the bottom. Time will tell if it will fall apart.I am upgrading my review. Apparent leaking was just water seeping from the cushioning pad (avoids slipping) at the bottom of the mug. So it fulfills my needs with no problems.

I use it as a thermos for coffee, 2 cups at a time! Looks great and works fine.

Ordered two cups both of them leak around the lid garbage never buy again.

Used for coffee and tea. Cheap plastic,broken handle after first hand washing and twist closure on lid keeps popping out
