Delphi AF10161 Air Flow Sensor

Worked great in 2000 boxster s

Ordered this for a 2001 Volvo S80 T6. Vehicle had hesitation issues due to the air flow sensor. Ordered this and installed it. Vehicle wouldn't even stay running with it in, but went back to its previous state when putting back in the old air flow sensor. I notice this one has a diode or resistor of some kind on the outside whereas the one in the car currently does not. Otherwise it looks and fit exactly like the one it was supposed to replace. This would have been a great option if it worked - easy to install, good price. Had to return it unfortunately.

This was new in the Delphi package. Turned out not to be the problem, removed it after half hour, was told I could return it for refund. Very helpful & courteous on the phone. Would buy from here again if I needed parts.

Bought a mass airflow sensor for my 2000 Porsche Boxster that was suppose to be for my car. It looks right and fits but doesn't work. Car runs like crap. Unplugged sensor and car ran fine. Replaced it with a Bosch mass airflow sensor and car runs perfect. Don't waste your money with these people. Take your money and give you products they know won't work.

dont work with my volvo XC90 2.5T 2007. making the diagnosis, the error appears and he reading crashed 30%. I changed the original Bosch and the issue is resolved.

After reading all of the mixed reviews I decided to purchase this part from a local retailer for a substantial markup from Amazon so that refund/replacement would be quick if needed.I put this part into a 99 Sonata and noticed an immediate improvement in performance. Note that I compared this part to the original and they were an exact match. I'll come back and update if the CEL comes back on.This was a huge savings from Hyundai, which wanted $600 for an OEM part, and the local mechanic that wanted over $300 to fix this issue. The actual replacement of the part was very easy on my car and most people should be capable of thud repair.

The air flow sensor has a really low build quality.Lasted only three days in the Volvo S60 AWD 2.5T.The electrical wiring and other sensors connected to it are absolutely fine and also the air filter brand new from Volvo dealership.

I did check fit ,it's OK ,but it doesn't work on my 2005 volvo s60 2.5 turbo.Car is shaking like crazy and engine shuts down,so i put back the old one. HOPE I'VE NOT BEEN SCAMMED BY DELPHI PRODUCT AND GET MY MONEY BACK.
