Good Collection
Yes it would be nice if this were spiral bound. Not all songs are included of course. But most are.The keys in the book are not necessarily the key the original was in. This is because keyboard players prefer flat keys and guitar players prefer sharps. So sometimes you find the original was in E but is now written in F. Distracting if you are trying to play along with an mp3 or CD.Otherwise I love this book.

Hanks songs
Didnt find all songs and some of the songs are made by others. I can play many of the songs, thou Hank aint the easyest to play, "You win again" is troubling me with audience, but Im new as a guitarplayer. I love the "Im so lonesome I could cry". "The Angel of Death" is a little dark to me. Was he maybe an adventist ore maybe damaged by the war?

Standard for country music
During 50 years of playing music, I've never enjoyed a song book as much as this one. When I got the book most of the songs were unfamiliar, but as I try them out, song after song is a joy to play. Anyone who plays country music will treasure this classic. If you're not a country music fan, some time with this book may change your perspective.

Just What I Was Looking For
This is a very impressive collection of practically everything written by Hank Williams, and exactly what I needed (with chord diagrams). My only complaint is that there are Hank classics not written by him that are not included in this anthology; such as, "Lovesick Blues", "Settin' The Woods on Fire", and "Half As Much". It also doesn't include Hank's "(I Heard That) Lonesome Whistle". But it seems EVERYTHING else is here - and it's wonderful this music book was released! (Five Stars if the mentioned songs were included!)

Not all that "Complete."
Obviously, I'm a fan of H.W. Who couldn't be? A talented lyricist. However, on this point, the publisher of this collection did not include all of the verses in "Move It On Over." If you are going to publish Hank, then publish all of his work. The selectivity was due to space, of course. So, add an Appendix. I don't know how many other songs have been shortened. So, buyer, be aware.

Great collection but some songs missing
I got this as a gift for my dad, and he loves it. The only downside is that some of Hank's most popular songs are not included because he wasn't the one that wrote them. It is a big collection, though, and can keep your family and friends entertained for hours. I also wish it was spiral-bound to make is easier to keep the music open while playing.

Wrong Keys
This book has many songs written in flat out the wrong keys. Hank never played the majority of these songs the way it says. He played in straight forward guitar keys. It also turns out to be only songs he penned when there were several very popular songs he sang that are missing of which several are the main reason I bought the book in the first place. Online tabs are every bit as accurate as this book and free too!!

But I don't think Hank done it this way
I can't give less than 4 stars for a Hank collection, but many of the transcriptions are disappointing for a guitarist. Most of the blusier tunes are transcribed into F, and I just don't believe he would have played them in such a tough key. They're obviously E tunes, maybe with a capo, maybe the recordings were sped up.As a guitarist, you get the chords and the melody line, but it would be much simpler if the melody and chords were shown in the key as the tune was played. If you're reading this you must be a fan, so you're going to get it anyway (as you should), but the transcriptions make it hard work.
