Ordered mine, along with hundreds of others, on Kickstarter 3 years ago. We still haven’t received what we paid for and it is July 2019. We were originally a design company in Taiwan and because we loved traveling and would like to resolve spatial problems when you are packing for traveling, we designed VAGO. Surprisingly, we received great support from sponsors around the world on the financing platform. We really appreciated each friend who supported us and we know that we also shouldered great responsibilities due to the expectations of many sponsors. We thought we were able to grow steadily but we indeed fell down seriously.A vendor that cannot be trustedIn the beginning, many vendors that would like to become the manufacturer of VAGO recommended themselves to us and we were touched by one and began the production of VAGO products. But we did not know that was the beginning of a nightmare. All materials were purchased by this company and we paid up most of the payment and when the procurement was about to be completed, this company told us that the prices had soared and that we needed to pay more for the increased material costs. We finally understood that this was a trap and because we did not want to cooperate with the company, materials and production molds were confiscated and our production plan was hindered. We were not able to resolve the issue within a short period of time, and we could only invest more to buy materials from other vendors, even the molds had to be re-made...Racketeering of online attackersBecause of the problem with the vendor, shipments of VAGO were delayed and although at every stage, we made announcements to keep you informed of the difficulties that we faced as well as active methods that we adopted to actively overcome difficulties, yet a group of attackers that would like to blackmail us appeared. They took the chance to stir up online users or via press releases, spread out rumors about the VAGO team by saying we would take the financing fund away and would not ship out anything. They asked sponsors around the world to request refunds from us. These online attackers contacted us many times and threatened us to give them money or they would continuously distribute more negative news. In fact, the VAGO team at that time stayed at the factory from morning to night and tried to overcome all the difficulties that we encountered during production. Although we immediately made a statement to clarify doubts and faced those sponsors who did not receive VAGO and had concerns, we respected their individual decisions. In the end, we made refunds to many sponsors until we could no longer afford to do so…The unreliable vendor and the racketeering hurt us badly and we almost had no funds to continue operating, but we knew we cannot be defeated because you are still waiting for VAGO and we must stand up again.For the truth, we must stand up all the way even when being called as the cheaterWhen we were falsely accused, we never thought to compromise with those who intentionally would like to make a profit. We chose to adopt legal procedures. We believe that we will be proven to be innocent by law and as suggested by our attorney, no announcements shall be made before any legal judgement is made to avoid false actions taken by the opponent or influence the final result(Because the bad vendor and online attackers are also concealing in the discussion group). Additionally, in order to re-operate and find sufficient funds, we can only choose to sell in the markets. We know that this approach will let many people down and let a lot of you think we are a cheater without any honesty and trust. But in order to survive and put VAGO in your hands, we made this painful decision. We would also like to sincerely apologize for all the anger and dissatisfaction that we have caused you and all sponsors. We are very sorry.Please give VAGO one more chance. We are now spending each and every penny that we earn and obtain from selling channels to manage and ship all the backers’orders. We also promise that we will hand over all the Kickstarter backers’ orders in their hands.And kindly also give our selling channels a chance. If we couldn’t continue selling VAGO on the current channels and get the funds through them. Didn't work right out of the box. Customer service is non-existent.

I was part of the Kickstarter campaign, and just received my unit in blue, after a very long wait. It is compact, but does a great job of pulling all the air out. I tested it on a very fluffy down duvet in the large bag, and it was fully-compacted in less than 10 min. Took off one star for the cord—too short to easily connect to power with the large bag.
