VAGO Portable Vacuum Compressor Travel Luggage Space Saver w/ M size bag white

It might look nice in the photos but the product doesn't work. Air leaks around the filter, it takes too long to create suction and has to be plugged in to even work. Connection between the vacuum and bag is too fragile and broke on arrival. On further reading into the company, this product was initially created on Kickstarter and the company never even bothered to deliver the product to its original backers. The company is not to be counted on for customer service and does not replied to inquires. This is a complete waste of $80, save your money and time. Took me forever just to get a refund on a product that is defective, as they don't allow returns on this product.

Don't waste your money they just showed it On USA Today morning show and it wouldn't work.

This is a great vacuum. Is a brand new idea and it works perfectly. I had it for TWO years and use it on every motorcycle trip. Forget about space when traveling by air, I have to pack blankets, pillows, towels, inflatable mattresses, clothes, etc. For a camping trip for two in a motorcycle. EVERYONE this is made of plastic you have to take care of it while operating, this is not a rugged vacuum you plug in to the wall. I used it 2 months ago and the next trip is in September, and this vacuum is coming with us. I will load photos later.

I loved this product for about 10 minutes. Then, just like the other reviewer stated, the seal where the pump meets the bag broke. Unfortunately I have to also agree the company is unresponsive to warranty issues.As a heavy business traveler, I just want an easy way to shrink down my clothes and use a carry on. Then on the return trip separate dirty clothes from clean clothes. This is not a good product- save your hard earned money!
