unchewable steaks
these stakes were not edible -very tough and unedible - very disappointed -gave one star because I could not, go any lower on a rating -was embarrest to serve them to my family and friends !!

Not worth the money
Horrible Steaks ,small and the vacuum packs were not sealed correctly !!! The meat became covered with ice frost !! will not buy again period !!!

Freezer burn
They came freezer burned, do not buy.

Grass finished steaks for my family to eat better.
We started eating grass finished beef when my husband changed jobs. The meat is different from grain fed but I think has more of a richness to it. I am glad they put instructions about cooking grass fed beef "low and slow" because the meat cooks faster. We have been eating from our supply every few nights and we all have been feeling more energetic and it is weird to say, but cleaner. Not weighed down.

Steaks were inedible
Out of a large package, only a couple of pounds (not rib eye) were edible. At this point, we've put so much time into preparing things that we thought would be dinner...only to have to throw them away. Considering just dumping the rest into the bin. Humboldt Farms was particularly bad.
