Not Dell OEM but just as good if not better! I’ve been using the new charger daily since receiving. Hopefully it will last a couple of semesters...Issues with ZWW charger are the charge tip is longer than Dell OEM tip and sticks out making it look to be not plugged in completely and the charge cable is shorter in length but thicker insulation. This might be because the Dell OEM tip plugs in completely and eventually heats up causing damage to wire connections and hard plastic causing the charger to no longer work. Dell OEM charger has this as a flaw; I have gone through multiple chargers each having the exact same issue. I believe I have found replacement charge tip cables for the chargers I possess and then I can repair them by soldering the replacement cables onto the charger bringing them back to life

I bought this to fix the infamous Dell "Plugged In Not Charging" issue. As soon as I replaced the original with this charger, the startup warning went away and it started charging. Runs so much faster now! Highly recommended.NOTE: Be sure to double check to make sure this charger is a suitable substitute for your laptop model. Bought this charger for my laptop and it was perfect. I was unsure of the exact model my laptop was, but the product title and explanation of the variety of laptops it will work with was great and made me feel secure in purchasing. I kill charger cords for whatever reason. I got this thinking that I could use it with my new laptop. And it worked great for maybe a couple of weeks! The problem is that my laptop has decided to not recognize it, and will not accept a charge from it.Yes, it has all the interchangeable ends which would make it versatile. But only if your computer accepts it!Honestly, I would send the bloody thing back if I could, but it is out of the return window.Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake. Do not waste your money.

So far the charger works well. I like that it comes with a USB attachment which I use to charge my phone while my laptop is being charged. The only con is that the charger tip that goes into the laptop is a bit long so it will stick out; don’t force it in.

This charger is sturdy and definitely a great charger for the money. This is the 2nd one that I've purchased and that's only because I misplaced the first one while traveling. I received my order early and im very pleased with my purchase.

Device supplied was received on time (with usual Amazon delivery efficiency) and well packed. It is now in use (having been received yesterday), and was accepted without incident by my Dell Inspiron lap-top. However, it does seem to run quite hot, so time will tell if it proves reliable.Please note that in common with the original device, it has a straight DC plug, which is a pity, since it comes under too much strain, and ultimately causes a wire break on the cable bend. Just a pity they are not available with a 90 degree plug. Manufacturer please note.
