(3/2/18 10:58 EST) I just put these chains on in the snow on my 94 Mustang GT for the first time and after a thourough re-tightening I was out of the snow and in a cleared spot on my 2nd attempt.These work very well.Friendly tip, take the chains out and check to make sure the straps slide in. I had to take 2 inside to trim the ends of the straps to make them fit, nothing major I just used kitchen scissors. Not even going to take a star away because of that.

These snow chain things fell off within a couple of miles through the snow. However, Amazon's customer service is impeccably on point, so I got my money back. Thank you again, Amazon!

Hope other folks have better luck than I did. This was the first time I used these. I put the straps on my 2 wheel drive truck after a few inches of snow had me stuck in my driveway. After 10 minutes of trying to back out of my icey driveway, all 30 metal studs had disappeared and one strap broke. Not even one successful use and had to throw them in the trash.

These are ILLEGAL in California. I’m pulled off to the side of the road having to buy and install real tire chain, because these chains are NOT legal. It’s past 30 days so I don’t have a way to return these. I will be calling amazon customer service shortly. There should be a warning when selling illegal products in a state like what a amazon does for Butane sales in CA.

Unfortunately they didn't preform as expected. They literally twisted right off the tires. I was only in an inch of snow in NC.

These are terrible. Broke apart within an hour of using them in 1.5 ft of snow. These are for going to the grocery store.

First use all of the metal studs pulled out of the plastic.

Terrible product. Do not do the job and break easily on first use with proper installation.
