TIMELESS TREASURESVintage Sewing Red, Quilting Fabric by the Yard

I'm again adding to my stash, lol. However, I will likely use this for organizers, equipment covers, and possibly a project bag. Love using sewing themed fabrics in my sewing room. The fabric is a nice weight, high quality, quilting cotton. The fabric is Timeless Treasures, and thus far, their designs do not disappoint.The fabic is technically, non-directional. However, the pattern (red dresses, dress forms, sewing machines, writing) are printed the length of fabric with some items being upside down. Although one might argue with the layout of the scissors and pens. The red dresses are the most dominate image in the pattern and they only face one way. Most of the larger images are 4 1/4 to 4 1/2 inches at the widest part (dress, dress form, pen, scissors). Many of the smaller images are around 3 inches. All of the red on the fabric is a true red. The red magnetic pin cushion next to the fabric matches. The white melamine board underneath (visable in the upper right corner) shows a slight contrast between the background color and the white board. The background, although white, is not a bright white. Almost a slight cream tint, hence the "vintage" look. The other background colors are a light brown/tan color. The dark color on the fabric is black. The silver gray hatch pattern on the back upper right, above the board, is my ironing board cover.The package was in my mailbox just four days after it was ordered, FAST delivery. There was about an extra inch on the two yards ordered. The fabric was cut straight. I check as I have had issues with other sellers. Even shipped in a cute plastic bag (paisley blue). Needless to say, I am very pleased with this seller. Highly recommend.

This fabric is lovely: soft hand, beautiful colors, and a vintage print. Two yards will be given as a door prize at a meeting for our sewing guild, and I hope to be the winner! Sewists always enjoy new sewing prints, and this will be a fun addition to anyone’s stash!
