This facial steamer is absolutely amazing! The quality is top-notch, and I love that it offers both warm and cool steam options. It does take a little bit of time to heat up, and sometimes it’s a bit tricky to maintain the warmth, but once it gets going, it’s such a soothing experience. One of my favorite features is the built-in basket where you can add eucalyptus or lavender leaves for a natural essential oil experience—it makes the steam even more refreshing and relaxing. I also really appreciate the mirror, which lets me check out my pores while steaming. Overall, this steamer is incredibly relaxing and feels like a mini spa treatment at home. Highly recommend!

I had my eye on this forever before I finally bought it and I wish I had just gotten it sooner! My skin has never been prettier! This steamer is super easy to use and puts out a LOT of steam at an AWESOME temperature. Also works great as a cool mist humidifier. I haven’t tried it with essential oils but it’s nice to know I have that option. It comes with high quality dermatology tools in a VERY nice case, as well as a blue sweatband that matches the steamer to keep your hair out of your face. This is truly a STEAL at this price. Seriously. There is no way you’ll ever regret this purchase!

This is an absolutely wonderful facial steamer. It arrived in excellent condition. I wioedcitcdown before using. Easy instructions included. Use ONLY distilled water as suggested in the pamphlet. Plug in and literally from the moment you switch it on its working. One on the many great things about this steamer is that it gives off both cool and warm mist...you choose. And it has a compartment to add your favorite essential oils. I added peppermint (only a couple drops needed) in just a couple minutes my head was fully opened right along with my pores. It comes with a nice size mirror built in, and a nice set of tools for blackhead removal etc. all in their own compact case. This machine is fabulous, definitely worth the money. With this machine there's no need to spend ridiculous amounts of money on spa facials when you can pamper yourself in both the comfort and privacy of your own home.

I absolutely love this facial steamer! It truly gives you that spa-like experience right at home. The steam is powerful and consistent, and it leaves my skin looking and feeling so much better — softer, cleaner, and more refreshed after every use. It also comes with a stainless steel skin kit which is super handy for blackhead removal. The 30-minute steam time is more than enough for a relaxing session. The only thing that could make it even better? If the steam spout were adjustable — but even without that, it’s still a fantastic addition to my skincare routine. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality steamer that actually delivers results!

This is my 2nd steamer from this company. I had their other model that I LOVED. Rather than return it I reached out to the company for help when it didn't steam correctly. They replaced it without issue. I found that I was using it EVERYDAY in my nightly cleaning routine. Fast forward to me buying the pro model. I absolutely LOVE it! it is an upgrade from their other machine (that is highly rated and best seller) which is saying something. The steam comes out at a different angle; which is pretty much directly in your face ( which I LOVE). I don't have to use a towel over my head with this machine to get a face full of steam. I use the machines full tank for my steaming. Five - seven minutes full steam, then alternate between cleanser pad, toner, serum, etc. This machine doesn't have a towel warmer like their other machine does, but I prefer this unit. I like that I am able to add essential oils to the steam and the facial steamer function was my main reason for purchase. I still use my other machine for warming towels and my husband steams/humidifies once a week. Another win is that this machine has a smaller foot print. It also has a mirror on top that has 5X magnification. My facial steamer sits on my "Hollywood" style vanity so the mirror on top of the unit is just one more mirror to look in to criticize my skin, so not a BIG win for me! :) Overall , I love this machine and just wish that I had brought it first instead of their other unit. Like my husband says "i'm worth it"! If you're looking for a facial steamer, I found this to be a better design than a lot of others and works really well. I'm a fan. I rated the other steamer 5 stars as well. Main.y for the way it has immediately benefited my skin/face.

I bought this product in June, tried few times works very well. Then didn’t use u till 4 months later around year end Dec, 2020. It’s not working, no hot air comes out. I filled out water into water tank, but all comes out with super Cold air. It has steam comes out but all cold air. I believed the product was broke already. just waste money. Next time will buy more Japanese brand name product although it’s more pricey! prefer to buy a more quality product instead! kind of disappointed for just a short period of time functioned!

1- the extractor tools are pool quality and will rust soon. 2- the head band does not Velcro on for easy application. You must put your head through it. Not convenient when applying creams and masks to face. 3- the “cold” air is not cold. Cold air is to close pores after the cleansing process. The air does not get cold enough. 4- the direction of the steam is awkward. If you are sitting at a table, you must lean your shoulder forward and downward to allow the steam to hit your face. Otherwise, it’s just directed at your chest and it is not powerful enough to rise towards your face. 5- there is a plastic suffocating smell that comes out with the steam. I put 1-2 drops of tea tree oil in the aromatherapy basket which helped a little bit there is still an element of plastic clouding the air after 4 uses. 6- I’ve had this steamer for 8 days and have used it 4 times. I’ve used distilled water only. I put 1-2 drops of tea tree oil in the aromatherapy basket 2 out of the 4 times. I completely empty the water from the tank after each use. After the 3rd use, I noticed the plastic on the water basin cap was cracking the way old paint cracks off of wood. I decided to give it more time and just deal with it. The very next use, use number 4, I simply opened the door to the water basin and the plastic tab on the door broke clear off. Now, I would have to use a tool to pry the door open each time I want to use it. After much thought, I’ve decided this steamer is poor quality despite the higher price point. I’m also really disappointed at all the positive reviews as I thoroughly researched many steamers and came to the conclusion by reviews that this was the best choice. It was not.

I love this machine. I suffer from sores in my nose from the dryness in the Winter. And this helps out so much I use this instead of a humidifier. The item came early and it came with all of these great accessories the item also has a little basket for essential oils which I absolutely love. . I do not use this machine to deep clean my face but I do use it to open my pore's in between my Face cleansing process, To make sure my products soak in and I don't need to use that much. The water does not get too hot it's nice and comfortable it does take a while to heat up it's not spontaneous... And it only takes a few minutes to cool down to empty it. I would have liked to know how much water the item holds because I wasn't sure how much to really fill it even though there is a marking on the item itself. But now I can have my spa days at home and don't have to pay an arm and a leg for a steam facial. Thanks !!
