Kirkland Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon - 10.7 Ounce

I had no clue there were different types of cinnamon until I came upon a recipe that called for this. I wanted to try it on something so had a basic idea how it tasted before potentially ruining a whole recipe I took time to make. Upon opening I couldn’t help but smell the strong aroma of what you only imagine a really good cinnamon would smell like. It’s a true blue aroma that entices you to try immediately. So I pulled out a tub of Kozy Shack rice pudding, put some in a bowl, and sprinkled some Saigon cinnamon on top. The only thing that was better than the smell was the taste. It has such a great flavor and tastes how you wish cinnamon would actually taste but never does. It’s amazing!!!! This is a larger container so it will last a while and has great value for what you pay versus the size. I highly recommend and urge to try this!!!

Great product. Not too spicy. Best value for the money. Plus it had the best aroma spreading throughout your home. Did you know that cinnamon had been used for centuries in food and for ailments. I also use it in my tea, hot honey and cinnamon tea will help in the evenings to.

Best cinnamon

This is really good cinnamon but not great cinnamon. I have purchased Saigon/Vietnamese cinnamon before and this one lacks a Robustness that I love. However, you get a tremendous value for your money.
