I’ve only used it the last 2 months of summer but so far I’m impressed with it. It’s light weight and very easy to manage and put away after using. I plan to buy another one next spring and donate my 150 ft reel with those heavy rubber hose that keep twisting and causing me to need to untangle it. I’ve waited 3 yrs to find one I thought was durable enough to invest in.

I've been using this product for years. I first stubbled across this hose at work where it was being used for an inside application. Rather than having bulky rubber hoses around the shop floor, the Company was using these hoses. I could see the versatility in them right away.The first Gardso hose I purchased, years ago is still working great. We have multiple fish tanks ranging from 70 -200 gallons and some very large planters with trees. So we're moving lots of water around the house. I connected it to the down spout in a shower that wasn’t being used. I can quickly disconnect the hose and place the showerhead back on easily. The convenience is nice. The outside material is a soft mesh with brass fittings on either side. When using the hose inside, I don’t have to worry about it scratching the hardwood floor, baseboards or furniture.I could see this hose being a good application for the grandparents for their watering tasks inside and outside the house. The hose is light weight and easy to manage.

I always purchased the best quality rubber hoses in the past. As I got older, it became harder and harder to manage them. They were heavy, kinked, got stiff in cold weather, and were a pain to roll up and store for the winter. Last fall, I purchased my first GarDspo expandable hose. I was skeptical but was pleasantly surprised. It was very lightweight and easy to maneuver. It was easy to drain and stored neatly inside a decorative pot when I was done. I used it every day and actually ENJOYED it! The water was turned on all the way at the hose bib and I never experienced any leaking at either end or along the length of the hose. I like having the on-off valve at the nozzle end. Before the first hard freeze, I took it indoors for storage. The nozzle worked well but the hose was the real winner. I just purchased a second hose, a hose splitter, and the brass connectors. The splitter and connectors look to be very heavy duty and high quality. As we are in the dead of winter in Massachusetts, I won't be using them until the spring. If you are struggling with heavy rubber hoses, give a GarDspo expandable hose a try.

I purchased this hose on May 10, 2019. Today is June 31, 2019. The hose just started leaking after 6 hours of total use over the past six weeks. The inner tube burst, but the outer cover did not. I gave low marks for durability and maneuverability. The problem with these hoses is friction. The fabric that surrounds the tube is so rough and bunched up that it catches on the ground as you drag it from place to place. In doing so, the inner tube gets stretched repeatedly, which leads to it failing. I think this is what causes all of these types of hoses so many problems. It is now useless. All water is going out the middle. This company’s listing says there is an 18 month warranty. However, there is NO PLACE in the listing or after-purchase details on Amazon that indicates who to contact for warranty. The info might be on the original box, but who saves such boxes? I ended up sending a message to Illmi through an informational based inquiring. Illmi responded, but redirected me to call Amazon. In other words, the 18 month warranty is just words - means nothing. Because I now know the manufacturer does not actually honor its warranty, and also because I know the tube problem will repeat itself because of the drag caused by the rough, bunched up fabric cover, I will not purchase again - “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me”.

This is my third purchase from this company. I gave first one as a gift to my sister. When I saw it in use I had to get myself one as well, which I love. A friend of mine purchased a house recently, so I got this one as housewarming gift. The packaging is very nice. Very gift-able looking. :)My friend & I used it in his garden and it worked well. It expanded fast and held the water pressure well. I am confident it will work just as well as previous 2 hoses I got.We liked the product. And the company delivered everything as promised in the ad.

I use this hose in the winter time here in Maine. Every 5 days i run this hose from my house to barn to fill 200 gallon water tub. The tub gets filled regardless of weather so recently i had to fill it while it was negative 2 degrees farenheit and windy. No problems as long as you turn it on and let the water flow. The fittings are heavy duty brass and easily turn like butter! This is such a great hose i will keep an extra for a spare. When the water is turned off it shrivels back up and i store it in a 5 gal bucket inside my house.

I recently purchased my FOURTH hose from this seller. I absolutely love them. In the past, I'd purchased other expandable hoses, but the inner liner never seemed to last more than a few dozen uses. They always sprung a leak. Gardspo is the first one I purchased that didn't burst. My first hose purchased from them is going on 2 years old with regular use. If you need a hose like this, just save yourself the hassle and buy this one. It's awesome.

I love the idea of a lightweight, durable hose. The lightweight is awesome, but this hose is anything but durable. We ordered this, a few months later, broken. I emailed back and forth, and finally the company sent me a new one. We used this new one a few months, and now, broken. It sucks to spend $60 and have your hose break on you!!Also, the sprayer that it comes with is a cheapo. It is super light, and made of basically all plastic. It is not near as strong as others we have, and the locking mechanism on it is pretty flimsy.Overall, bad purchase. We are not happy with this hose and sprayer!!
