Great buy for the price. You'll need to re purchase after 2 yrs
They work well when new. It's highly probable you wont use them all. At around the 2 year mark if they're stored away for later use they begin tearing. They arent as durable. When brining our brisket last year we had to triple wrap because the bags kept ripping when trying to fill them.Still a great buy. 10 bucks and we brined about 4 briskets before we ran into trouble. It's almost brisket season so we will be purchasing again.

Easy to use
Liners are easy to use and seem strong enough to hold up over time. I am using mine for dry food storage. When I went to buy additional buckets at Lowe’s, I found I could get food grade buckets for $1 more than regular ones. I’m still glad I have these bags as I can close them tighter as I use my dry goods and keep extra air out. (As a side note, I found two part food grade lids at Lowe’s also. Outer ring snaps on with rubber seal, and rest of lid screws on easily with another seal. This keeps from having to try to get the outer ring on and off each time you want to access your food.) Even with these new buckets, I’m glad I purchased these liners. I like their suggestion of using them for a brine, especially for whole chickens or turkey. If I didn’t have a large crock I would have used them for making kraut. Compared to trash can liners, they may seem a little pricey, but you have to consider these are food grade and will last a long time for storage. I will buy more as needed.

Used to collect Maple sap
I love this product! I have a very small maple syrup cooker and I only collect about 50 gallons of sap so I use these liners in my 5-gallon pails. They work great and don't leak.

They work fine
Convenient and simple. They are not crazy heavy duty but they do the job.

Excellent for brining my turkey
I tried brining our turkey for the first time last Thanksgiving. These bags are sealed perfectly and I experienced zero leakage the next day when i went to pull my bird out. They're sturdy and very easy to use. My brined turkey sucked but these bags didn't. Will try another brining recipe next time.

Perfect for my application!
I purchased these liners to line apple baskets that I bought at Michael's, to use at my son's wedding to put popcorn in. They are BPA free. They are thin but super strong high-density food grade material with wet load capacity of 25 lbs and dry capacity of 50lbs. They fit a 5 gallon bucket/pail, or 22 qt container. They have gussets on the bottom. They are larger than the baskets, but I just roll them over and tuck them under. They are perfect for my project! They were delivered in 2 days, and I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I only needed 4, but come Thanksgiving, I can use them to brine my turkey! I'm set for the next 21 years! Hahaha! :)

Works great
I actually thought I was ordering a bucket that came with the bags, but they work great for a great many things.

Bag was too thin, not worth it at all!
Bought this bag for construction purposes, rated for 25 pounds wet. 2 separate times, the bag ripped with what could not have been more than 5-6 pounds of wet weight. Your better off buying garbage bags for not much more if at all!

Poor
Not as good as I had hoped, easily torn. Not so good for marinading.

Really thin and not big enough for a standard primary fermenter.
These bags are so thin - similar to the crinkly bags at the produce section of the grocery store. Very disappointed in their lack of flexibility and quality.

Bags Leak, not heavy duty and not durable.
I have used these bags twice to brine a turkey. First time the bag leaked. So the second time I decided to double the bag and it leaked again. Do not buy. These are a wastes of time and money.
