The headlines may read that the physical media collector is an endangered breed but what they don't realize is that its actually one of the best times ever to collect movies on a physical format. From forgotten films to rare cult movies to high quality restoration and audio to beautiful artwork and extras, a renaissance has blossomed from the exodus to the hallowed streaming services. Those brave collectors left behind to enjoy this newest regeneration of tangible product over the digital is no stranger to the storage and display dilemmas of growing media libraries. Most of us collectors like to show off our collections while still maintaining a sense of space economy devoid of clutter. From towers, to shelfs to cabinets to racks and bins, collectors more than likely have employed a number of options. I am one of those collectors were space is definitely an issue and thus use a variety of storage and display options. My recent discovery of this storage box with magnetic opening is one of my favorites. I currently have two trays and they stack securely on top of each other to maximize space saving efficiency. Once stacked the clever design allows easy access to the contents with a bottom flap that secures with a strong magnet system. I just open the flap and pull out the title I want. Another remarkable feature is that the tray and its contents are easily movable thanks to handles on the side. I also appreciate the sturdy build and fashionable material used to give the trays a high quality look and feel. They integrate nicely among my other storage elements and décor and are pleasing to the eye. They also seem to be durable and built to last. Overall I've been impressed with how brilliantly executed this cleverly designed system has worked for my particular media storage needs and I will probably buy a third sometime soon.

It is a wonderful item for DVD’s. I put the shorter one on top & it works for them too just fine. There was nothing to put together which was nice. It is attractive & I love it.

This is great if you have limited space but want to have a place for your movies. This holds a fair amount of dvd/bluray movies and if you have more than one of these, they stack on top of each other easily. As maybe some other reviews mention, these are a little pricey for what they are. So if you have a large collection of movies, plan on spending some money to get these of find something else. Overall, these are super good quality and are great for storing your movie collection. Definitely recommend

I purchased this storage unit to replace the wooden rack I had holding my VHS tapes and DVDs. This storage unit can comfortably hold 28 DVDs comfortably, as it states in its description. I have not used it to hold Blu-rays or 4KUHD cases; I would imagine it could hold more of these since they are smaller. The storage unit is sturdy, easily mobile and is stackable. I stacked three of these on top of each other. This storage unit is more attractive and stable than the old wooden rack I previously had holding my physical media DVDs. I would recommend this storage unit if you have fewer than 100 DVDs to store or if money is not an issue to spend; otherwise, purchasing this item in bulk can become expensive. I did purchase one of these Used-Like New and one Used-Very Good but the price was only minorly discounted by a few dollars.

I'm very pleased with these cases. I bought two. They are of a decent quality composition, very attractive on display, magnetic front gate releases easily but is also strong enough to stay in place when closed, and holds 32 - 36 DVDs, depending on the width of the DVD case. If all your DVD cases are the small ones you'd be able to add significantly more. I like that our DVDs can finally be displayed in our TV room so they're easily accessible and easily viewed. ----- I thought they were a bit pricey but if they hold up well I'll chalk it up to the fact that everything just continues to increase in price. The true test will be their durability over the next year or two. We're not hard on things so we'd be a good barometer for their resilience to normal use. If they begin to appear ragged or discolor, I'll add to this review.

Very nice quality, and this set of separate but stackable storage for CD and DVD/Blu-Ray is a great value, too. They are good for storage inside a cabinet, or on display.

Very convenient DVD/Blu-ray disc horizontal storage case. The flip-down front flap is magnetic and provides decent protection and access. Can be stacked on top of similar cases. Reasonably sturdy although needs to be handled carefully and kept in a dry, moisture-free location. However, the price has increased considerably compared to last year.
