Useful set which is also fun to use
A nice feel good present to myself. I started going to yoga regularly and this kit helps me to do some exercises at home. I also use the band to squeeze my legs when I’m watching telly. You can feel it’s hard as I can’t last for longer than 5 minutes and started feeling the muscles in my inner thigh. The ball is very useful to do abs exercises, it’s not supposed to be big and inflated, but soft and floppy. I find it difficult to work out my abdominals without getting back and neck pain and using this ball helps me a lot.

Useful yoga kit
My very first yoga kit and I think it’s just right what I needed to begin my yoga with and it’ even come with non slip socks which is very useful. Also comes with a small instruction for using the ring. A lot of different exercises can be done. Very pleased with my buy .
