True to Spurgeon, I can't put this book down. It's so encouraging and uplifting and spurs you on in your faith, prayer and the confidence that God loves you, hears you and ultimately works all things for your good and His glory. Deepens your love of the Word and for God. Constantly brings His majesty to mind.

This book has a lot of information in it. You will probably need to read it twice. Definitely a book with detail on prayer and talking with God. I have read a lot of it and will say that Charles Spurgeon has definitely changed the way I pray. I can now communicate with Jesus any time of the day and do. I no longer pray the same old, same old words I use to do. I now pray with passion and love for my Heavenly Father and listening for His answers and thoughts. If you're looking for a better prayer life buy this book. I have tried those prayer workbooks. You will not learn as much as you do with this book. May God be with you always.

This is six of Spurgeon’s writings in one volume. He is such a great Christian author, and these are classic essays. Great writing at a great price.

If you love Spurgeon sermons you will love this book. It’s a compilation of six of his books. Do you need to know how to pray better, need encouragement from God’s word. Read the Bible but also read this book and then keep it around to re-read it, it’s that good.
