125 Best Rotisserie Oven Recipes

Most of the recipes in this book call for a few, easy to find ingredients. It includes marinades, dry rubs, and dressings for all kinds of meats. The recipes can also be made in a regular oven. It's a keeper!

I have owned several rotisseries over the years (including a Ronco) and I am now using a  Cuisinart  vertical rotisserie. I am always on the lookout for a great rotisserie cookbook, one that can inspire me and give me some new ideas. This one wasn't quite there but it's still very good. I like that it was more creative than many but I guess that I was hoping for something a little more cutting edge. Ethnic street food is big right now and the rotisserie could be appropriate for that type of food. Still, a very good cookbook.

This book has worked out great with the new ronco rotisserie I bought for Christmas. It has a lot of different types of meals and everyone that I have tried so far has turned out awesome. The book and the rotisserie put together make cooking a breeze. It has even brought the rest of the family together. Each week someone will pick a different recipe out of the book and try their hand at cooking. So far everything has turned out great!!!

I have a rotisserie so I needed a rotisserie cookbook. It has lots of very delicious recipes. I recommend it for anyone wanting to make rotisserie chicken

Don't really know as I never really ended up using it. I gave away the Rotisserie itself.

Good recipes for oven rotisserie chicken.

This was a present for someone who just bought a new Rotisserie. Plenty of recipes in bookto chose from. The pictures of the finished meals are excellent. The recipe book is Good value for moneyI think.

loads of recipes, would have liked more on the use of the rotisserie as have a table top oven with rotisserie facility but not just a proper rotisserie oven. But otherwise very useful.
