I only have good comments for CoQ 10. This product is a life saver. I'm 70 years old and I can say that since I'm taking it my energy level is in good standard that I can do all my errands inclusive going to the gym three times a week.

Starting on Statin meds I complained of muscle aches in various parts of my body daily. My doctor told me to add CoQ10. I was amazed the 200 ml worked wonders, but found muscle aches returned by suppertime. Decided to take 1 tab in AM & again at suppertime. That stopped the aches for the whole day. Then I decided to up the dose to only one 400 ml in the AM vs. 2 lower doses twice aday. So far so good. The higher dose for me was what I needed to combat muscle aches all day. At 77 yrs old, I'm caring for 2 horses doing all the labor, hay stacking 40 lb. bales, bringing in 50 lb. bags of grain, cleaning stalls & paddock areas, & grooming horses all by myself. Finding CoQ10 helps me to enjoy my horses & step up to daily chores with minimal aches or pains! Its a natural miracle aid in a bottle that is great for my body & self esteem at my age.

Really helps with absorption when paired with Statins. Noticed a change in my Cholesterol #’s.

This product arrived melted. every capsule is stuck together and misfired, misshapen and discolored unevenly. after storing in the a/c I was able to separate them but I have doubts about the value of the ingredient now.

I’ve been using Puritan pride for years. My doctor suggested Co Q 10 and Amazon got it to me quickly for a great price.

One of the few that requires one pill for the dosage advertised on the label. alot will state 400mg then require you to take more than one to get the 400mg which is a rip off and a lie.. read the labels first
