The product does it's job. Has a nice mild smell and if used in right quantity isn't greasy/oily. Keeps the beard looking shiny and helps with keeping frizz under control. But..this isn't a beard setting product..more like serum in butter form. Of course the pricing is perfect too..just that it takes almost 3 weeks to deliver in India. I'll be reordering till the time i don't get sick of my beard and shave it off.

I have acne and medium sized beard. Acne got worse after using the balm. Moreover, roughness in the beard seems to return a few hours after application. Adds a noticeable shine, a little too much for me.
