The top locks to the cake plate and has handles on top for easy carrying.
This is my 2nd carry like this. I have been using the first one for years and needed another one. If they have them in rectangular, I would get one of those too.

Shatters very easily
Broke into a hundred pieces enroute to destination. Brittle and flimsy. Ruined a beautiful birthday cake meticulously wrapped for my friend. Buyer beware.

Twice ordered, twice broken on arrival
The first one I received was cracked so it wouldn’t clip. The replacement, the base was completely bent out of shape. Fortunately for the replacement they didn’t require a return so I could put the good top together with the good base and not have to replace it yet again. But 2/2 products broken? I don’t have much confidence it will last long,
