The BEST keto bread ever!!
The aroma, flavor, texture and softness of this bread are amazing. The taste is soooo good it’s hard to believe that the carb count is so low!The slices are small, like all keto breads, to keep the carb grams low enough to feel “worth it” but after trying Arnold keto bread (which was not bad, slightly dryer, just not spectacular) and Sola butter bread (very soft and tasty, and sized similarly) THIS bread just elevated the sandwiches to another level! The only issue I can see is the way the paper label is glued onto the bag, which can be twist-tied to maintain freshness. The bread stays amazingly soft, but once the loaf is half gone, the stiff label makes it impossible to twist the bag shut properly. For me, this is not a dealbreaker because I just put it into a ziplock bag.I’m ordering this all the time from now on.Mine came in a 3 pack, but luckily I have a freezer to store 2 while I have 1 open. And when I took the next one out of the freezer, there was no degraded taste or texture whatsoever!Love the sandwiches made from this bread!! Wow!

Long-term keto/atkins folks BEST FRIEND
I've been keto (or induction-level atkins) since 2000, and bread is one of the things I miss most. I gave up trying "fake carb" products back in the late naughts because they were mostly terrible (and expensive). Recently my husband hopped on the keto bandwagon and we've been experimenting with some of the "novelty" foods to help with the transition. This bread is incredible. The texture is chewy, not crumbly like most keto breads. The flavor of the Rye (the only one we've tried so far) is spot on, and when we experimented making grilled cheese out of it, the crunch of the toasted bread was fantastic! There is no funky aftertaste from artificial sweeteners because they don't use any. This is a key factor for me, because I'm one of those people that is REALLY sensitive to sweeteners, I don't use them at all because they all taste bitter to me. This is one of the reasons that most "mock carb" products aren't worth the money for me. Others may rave about them, but I only taste chemicals. The only drawback to this bread is that it doesn't cut. I think whatever they did to make the bread springy and yeasty also makes it resistant to cutting, it just springs back. So, making homemade croutons or slicing a sandwich in half isn't really an option. This isn't a strong enough negative for me to remove a star, though, and neither is the price. I have missed bread SO much, and though this isn't like a crusty crunch bread (like a schrippe or something), it certainly does hit the spot for sandwich bread. I'm so thankful to this company for nailing their quality down!

It's actually pretty good!
Only 4 stars because it doesn't match up to the sourdough bread I was just really getting into making before I abandoned it for a Keto way of eating. At least I have my memories! Every morning I toast up a slice of this bread on a setting 3 out of 7 (darkest) and spread a tablespoon of homemade almond butter on it. The rye flour adds a lovely fragrance to the bread, and it has a chew to it. I am pleased after my small but satisfying meal, and I'm a bread fanatic. It's a departure from all the beautiful breads I've made in the past or great restaurant breads out there, but I definitely can get my bread on once a day.

BEST LOW CARD BREAD OUT THERE
I'm not one to write reviews but I had to write one about this item. BEST LOW CARB BREAD I HAVE EVER HAD. I am always looking for low carb alternatives. I have tried many low carb breads. This one is a bit expensive but I tried it anyway and I am so glad I did, ABSOLUTELY the BEST bread I have ever tasted. Forget that it is low carb. It is the BEST BREAD regardless. Even if you aren't looking for low carb this bread is the bomb! it toasts well. it freezes well. It keeps well in the fridge. My 15 year old daughter loves it! I wish the price was better but regardless it is the only bread I will eat.

Best low carb rye
I just received the solo artisan rye today. So I opened the package to have a taste. I’m pre diabetic and need to curb my carbs. We’ll, not with this bread. I can now enjoy a sandwich a couple of times a week and not worry about how high my sugar will spike. As far as chewy, that’s the charm of this bread and it doesn’t stick all over your teeth like the high carb varieties. The taste is great. It’s not the rye I grew up with years ago but it’s damn close. Size wise, how big does the slice have to be? We’re a country of “supersize me” and that’s the problem. Be happy with filling the sandwich with all the good foods. It’ll make it large enough plus maybe you’ll shed a few pounds and feel better. This is my go to bread from here on in. I intend to spread the word to all my friends and family. We’re all in the same situation. Kudos to this great bakery.

A good low-carb option
The bread is not as flavorful as higher carb breads but it works for those seeking a good low-carb alternative. The bread stores well in the freezer and thaws out fine. However, you may want to just remove portions of the frozen loaf at a time and keep them in a separate Ziplock bag if you don't eat a lot of bread in a short period of time. The bread's price is pretty high but you get the low carb count and the "I get to eat bread!" experience if you are on a low-carb diet, so the price is worth it to me. The texture is tougher than most regular breads but it helps the bread hold together if you like to make sandwiches with sauces, etc.

This bread is magic
Truly some of the best low-carb bread I’ve ever had! What magical using?Only two points to keep in mind: first, at about $10 a loaf it’s very expensive. But there are quite a few slices and if you are otherwise not able to eat bread due to keto or diabetes, this is the bread for you!Second: while this bread is actually something I prefer over conventional store-bought bread, I will say that there is a salty note to it. I happen to like it, but Some might not.

Very disappointing!
I was so looking forward to this bread, and I felt confident I'd like it, since it has many positive reviews. It does not taste like a typical rye bread (it tastes too strong), and it leaves a strong aftertaste. The slices are small, and many have fairly large holes in them. The bread is tough (way too chewy) and dry. Back to having my ham and cheese sandwiches on my favorite white low-carb bread.
