Telephones which adapt to your life. We’ve developed the Gigaset life series with this integral approach in mind. They take into consideration that a person’s individual senses change throughout life, placing special requirements on a telephone. The Gigaset E370A provides everything you want for enhanced convenience and reliability in each stage of life. For example, different audio profiles and the right volume for every level of hearing, large illuminated keys, a display optimised for reading, and intuitive menu navigation for easy operation, a direct call function and an emergency call key. The Gigaset E370A also has an integrated answering machine with up to 30 minutes of recording time. Gigaset E370A: Readability is a big priority. The readability of numbers and entries is the key to easy, convenient operation. That’s why the E370A large-key telephone offers a large high-contrast colour display with a magnifier function for displayed text.

Brilliant sound and sight, easy set up!
My previous Gigaset phones were still working perfect after 15 years but as were getting older I decided the larger, clearer, illuminated keys and screen and the new sound boost functions might be handy.I am sooo happy as wife loves them, I love them and the sound quality is every bit as it was with my previous Gigaset phones, The Best Available!Arrived next day a day early and so easy to set up and I have ordered another one for the kitchen, should have bought a 3 x set, but I’m still happy, very happy! 😁😁😁😁😁The display when in the base isn’t illuminated until used, but shows the time (choose digital or analogue display) Out of the base it defaults to No display or illumination, until used.

Panasonic Convert
Always used Panasonic cordless, but sound and quality has not improved over the years, range is not that good especially if you live in a thatched property with thick walls and roof covered in wire netting, signal just about got from one end of the house to the otherThe Gigaset E370A is a revelation, although it has to be said that the quad set is 50% more expensive that the Panasonic equivalent. The good sound quality has been mentioned in other reviews, but I wasn't expecting the vast improvement in the quality of sound and increase in distance range from the E370A quad unit.Other reviews have mentioned problems with setting up, I did not experience any major problems in setting up, only basic input mistakes on my part. Take your time to read and understand the instructions, and all should be fine. Was the 50% increase in cost over Panasonic worth the money, in my opinion without a doubt. Only time will tell about the durability of the Gigaset E370A, but the start point is far superior that the Panasonic unit it has replaced.

Perfect for elderly
Bought this as 91 yr old who was struggling to hear on the phone, even when it was on loud speaker. Also, was unable to phone anyone as could no longer see the buttons on the phone, I set these phones up and at first I was a bit dubious as I did not think the volume was going to be loud enough. I gave her the phone to try and WOW she could hear so clearly. Also, she can now phone people herself again as the directory is so easy for her to use and with big buttons she can see clearly.

Call blocking and software are absolute rubbish. So is the customer support
Bought this quad set at the end of November 2019. Took some time to set up. Sound quality is good. But the call block memory is absolutely ridiculous - just 15 numbers! Now am inundated with cold calling and robocalls. Yesterday all four handsets got stuck in redial mode, which means I cannot make any calls. Tried customer support using the website. Logged the call for live chat. Could hear pings but no text appeared. Tried again. No luck. Eventually got an email suggesting that I should take the batteries out and reinstall them. Nothing doing. Sent them an email. No reply. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE - IT IS A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND.

Mum can hear clearly now
My 88 year old mother has poor hearing and was really struggling with her old phone. To hear the rings but especially to hear the other caller. This Gigaset has cured the 2 problems. Job done! With a certain amount of style, with a modern look and unobtrusively generously-sized buttons. The first ring tone tried didn't in fact cut the mustard but we have selected one that does. There are more features than she needs, so whilst the address book display is attractive, she is steering clear of this feature to avoid confusion and sticking to her trusty address book.Mum will be going for a hearing aid soon and I understand the Gigaset will remain compatible.Overall I was expecting a little extra and Gigaset has delivered.

Great Sound HD 10/10 Poor Usability 2/10
This could have been a game changer but for a house phone, it’s easier to switch from apple to android.....Voice clarity is good 10/10 sound is goodRinger sound ok 8/10 not the loudestUsability poor 2/10,Interface avg 4/10Overcomplicates where simplicity would have made it 10/10.It’s a house phone with most, if not all, users will want to plug and play, without reading pages and pages of manual.Development needed on its usability, interface and intuition...waste of anyones time to go into this detail for a home phone - contacts, call blocking and sound. Delivers on 1 of 3.Prefer the Panasonic KX-TGD312EB for price, performance, ease of use and sound overall. BT has great nuisance blocking but poor sound.

It is very good indeed! The answering machine can also be used on the handset and the sound system is good
