X1 Performance Review: Windows Laptop Power for a Chromebook Price
I couldn't find reviews that were satisfying about this product, so i decided to just write one including the details I found important. I'm absolutely astonished by the build quality and performance capability of this device. But let me address the primary concerns of everyone looking to buy this product:1) Is 4GB enough RAM?2) Is the processor slow?3) Is it going to fall apart?Ram: 4GB running on a native Windows 10 operating system is indeed under strain. The Operating system is bloated and absorbs nearly 2GB of RAM simply on standby. While I did not ever notice strain for common daily tasks, more intensive performance tasks saw noteworthy lag. However, once you apply performance tweaks, this little machine transforms into a respectable device. After using various scripts and tools easily found online (hint: lowspecgamer on youtube has a tutorial), I got that usage down to .84 GB of RAM. Installing a lightweight distribution of Linux would see that number fall even lower, though you do so with mixed results regarding functionality.Processor: Due to the intel hd 600, this device can achieve performance numbers equal to a Core-M processor found in the low-end Surface Pro (which I also own). it renders beautifully on the X1's gorgeous display. To give you an example of how well it works for gaming, I run Fallout New Vegas with lots of mods at around 45fps on low settings with high render. I run Skyrim on low settings at about 27fps. You won't likely enjoy playing Fortnite on this laptop, but you certainly will be able to play it (it will fluctuate from 35fps to 10fps depending on environment). League of Legends is 35fps or higher without any changes to graphic settings. It's not for the latest and greatest games, but older AAA titles will be functional.Build: This thing is built as solid as any machine I've seen. I frequently switch between laptop and tablet mode and the hinges are still perfect. The alluminum case does a great job of dissipating heat and feeling solid. The USB-C charging/data port is not a lightning port, but it does very well for its given purposes.KNOWN ISSUES/POINTS OF CONCERN:-The touchpad blocker app is finnicky. Doesn't cause functionality issues, but can be annoying when it locks into tablet mode for a few seconds longer than you anticipate.-The touchpad driver is supremely outdated and as of right now, my touchpad is unusable. The touch screen is gloriously well-calibrated so it does fine and wireless mouse/keyboard still work fine. The touchpad driver issue is well known though and can be resolved by reinstalling windows or the driver.-The ports are inconvenient when you're used to full-size USB 3.0, but there are many affordable adapters out there (if bluetooth isn't your bag). It has one USB-C, one HDMI Micro (NOT HDMI Mini), and one MicroUSB.Summary: You're reading this because you need a device that is better than a Chromebook, as cheap as/cheaper than a Chromebook, while not being tacky looking or cheap feeling. If so, let me complete your search. Buy this. The level of quality for cash you find in this device is currently unmatched or unavailable at this time (May 2019). The performance is impressive for its size. The screen size is just right for on-the-go or on-the-couch useage. It boots up quick, reacts snappy, and looks fantastic.Edit: still no word on touchpad driver.

Online Support & Battery Draining Fast
December 28, 2019: Increased my rating to 5 stars - Support has assured me of their concern, & supplied driver ZIP file for Jumper EZbook X1 (128gb) Jumper's official Jumper Computer website does NOT mention this product. Also, I read there is a 6-month warrant, unconfirmed. Otherwise, this is a wonderful product -- passing my testing. I was contacted by customer support Lidia. Seems like a "good value" price-to-quality." The onboard battery lasts about 3hrs, and drains rapidly even when unit is OFF totally. I propose to purchase a 45watt PD external power supply.

Bad battery life, Garbage scam
So far works well, screen looks good, feels good and typing is pleasant. But, battery life is really horrible, it dies even when fully charged and not in use.6months later completely stopped working.

Amazing little laptop!
First off this is a great laptop. The size may be small but the screen looks very large. The N4100 processor is very fast, I also have an i7 laptop and this little guy seems just as fast in everyday usage. The body is all aluminum so it feels very sturdy and well built. The ability to make it a tablet and the touch screen are very nice and useful.
