excellent quality
The quality of the product looks very nice and beautiful design also came with super luxury presentation box. So far Im happy and the system is install but I'dint try yet because the remodeling is't finish . I will update with pictures and comments .

Great Quality
We loved the design and the material. I’ve put it in our new home. We haven’t used the shower yet. We also price shopped and found the best prices on Amazon.

Total scam. Junk product.
Rain head won't work customer support won't respond to my email. Product is a scam. Don't buy.

Great value, high quality BUT, plumber has to build a copper ring to house jets! ~$150 plus labor
You have to build your own copper ring connection on plywood to house the 4 jets. With all connections, it was $150 extra, plus labor. Otherwise great quality material. One of the jets didn't work. I fixed it easily by removing the cover and pushing the rubber membrane through the tiny holes so water can seep through. Water test was good with high pressure through the jets with only 1/2 inch pipes.

Problem with knob
I was very happy after purchasing this product but for last 6 months the knob that change water from hand held spray/ over head rain shower/ jet/ spout is not working well. Is this part is available then i would like to purchase. I am not happy with this product. Please contact how we can fix this problem
