It is really a gem.Purchased Rose Gold.What a beauty in retro look.Sound quality is amazing.Sound is very clear and pure.Infact there is very low bass in old songs but quality, clearity and purity of sound touched my heart and ear.If you don't believe then listen Hindustani Instrumental or Bhakti playlist.Harman Kardon sound is price worthy.No regret in buying this costly version.If you are an audiophilic then buy it.Other versions of Caravan are just radio but this is really a gem.Almost many songs and music of old years are there including filmi instrumental.Previously I hesitated in buying Caravan due to the radio like quality of sound but this version didn't disappointed me.Liked very much.

Changing my review.. i purchased it on my 22feb 2019... Its been only 5 month and from past 1 month my mother was facing some issue now i checked and it seems the main buttons( artists, special and geetmala) are not working ... The carvaan is only playing geetmala its soo irrietation nothing is happing nd tried resetting it also nothing happed ... After spending14k i got such a bar quality product.... Suprisingly the customer care no is also not available... Wht im suppose to do i dnt knw. Above all my mother is upset which h more important. Why amazone is giving them platform ??? I request Please dnt buy this product.

One star for customer care, product charger was faulty and customer care not responded, they says charger are not avaialble this time...not even a time frame to exchange through warranty.I manage another after market charger to daily uses.Not recommended because of customer care.

I liked the following1. Sound quality2. Geet mala by Amin Sayani Ji3. Favourite button to listen my most fav songs.I don't like1. FM radio station select button. It could have been better. You have to wait for the FM radio station every time to select. It should be like once you set the FM radio stations it must be automatically go to the set station and in one touch you can go to next FM stations. It's available in mini carvaan. Why not in Carvaan gold ?2. Carvaan Gold special stations repeat play..... It should go to next station automatically like songs in a select station. Geet mala also play repeated songs in all episodes. It should be like continue playing on volume 1,2,4,4 etc.3. Repeating the same station if you don't select next. It should play stations automatically.4. Charger point could have been provided with type C socket in the device.It's that old round shape charger.

One of my best Amazon purchases … I highly recommend this gadget if you a Hindi films buff for old melody songs …Go for it … good investment…Great quality .

Received a defective piece. Got an exchange after 1 month. Average audio quality. Buttons stopped working after few weeks. Remote comes handy. Antenna & signal reception for radio faces issues indoor.Song collection & playlist features are good. Hardware needs more honest upgrade.

I gifted this radio to my dad in India. This is one of the most innovative way to deliver old songs to old folks. He is extremely happy with this product. I was looking for something which allows him to put a song of Mohammad Rafi which is a favorite single of my dad. Now he can play all those songs with a turn of a radio button.
