Lost ut and bought another to fixed knotted up muscles from a autoimmune desease
(Warning, this is kind of a long story explaining my health condition and how it helped me.)Let me give you some history about me. I have had multiple back surgerys that have fused L3-5 then L1-T10 in my back. In additional to 3 neck surgeries (fused C2-C6) and there are 4 discs needing surgery now in my thoracic area behind my heart, but I am putting it off hopefully new technology will come available instead of another dreaded fusion that doesnt provides much relief like I wish, only about 50% pain relief. I had 2 failed stimulators inserted into my spinal area. Sometimes Inflammation and infection become issues whenever I have surgery. This machine helps manage muscle pain that my musle relaxers dont cover, like tight knots caused by Fibromyalgia.I have a long list of diagnosis which I wont bore you with.I was first diagnosed with an autoimmune disease of the muscle and then later nerve damage. Recently I was told that most likely I will have a diagnosis of M.S in years to come.(In case you are not familiar with MS; Muliple Sclerosis gradually affects the nervous system. It can be hard to get a corrct DIAGNOSES of M.S for several years, sadly people are treated incorrectly for decades because it mimics several other illnesses) Because of the intense muscle pain I live with, and memory loss, I didnt realize how much this massager devise helps me until, one day I went to a doctor appointment an hour away. My mother took me, however she called me the night before reminding me to bring my back massager, and to be sure it is all charged up for the following days big trip. Any time I go OUT is a big trip, but this is an hour each way, I knew it would be trying on my body setting in a weighting room what could be an hour or maybe 2. I used my massager laying down in the back seat as much as I could. I used it a lot that dayThat next morning, after my big day out I woke up in such mysery. My shoulders and arms were locked up tight, my lower back, and my legs were throbbing .I asked for my helper that next day to help me locate the massager. Again, my medicine helps to take the edge off, but I count on this massager for additional relief. It helps me to have better range of motion so I can move more freely without knowing every inch I am moving. The pain signals from my brain reminds me "I am moving". When most people move about their day, you dont realize how much your limbs move, unles you had an ache each time you moved them.My helper came to me since I was unable to walk that day due to spasms preventing much movement. We realized very fast the massager was missing. It is so light weight which is perfect for my weak arms. On the past years my muscles have become so weak I needed a massager that was light in order for me to control it. Thats another reason I love this machine. Since it is one of the lightest weighing massager, I can feel the knots under my skin as the machine rubbs over them, its a hump and extremely sore to the touch. If you suffer from knotted up muscles just tryworking those knots out slowly, as tolerated. Take a couple minute break if it is too uncomfortable, or use slower speed. That knotted muscle will release. You will know it when you rub the massager over it and it becomes smooth without any pain like you was feeling prior to rubbing the massager over that area. Physical therapy taught me about Muscle Energy & the Muscle Release process, if you have spasms or knotted muscles look this up on the internet or better yet look at YouTube, but remember this massager doesnt take complete replacement of physical therapy or other physicians orders. However, it helps in between your appointments.I use my lightweight massager MULTIPLE MULTIPLE times a day. I know one thing, these knotted muscle that were so tight that next day after my dr. appointment had to get released or I wont be moving much. Sadly no one could find my massager, my bag on wheels did not have it, it wasnt in the car either. Called my doctor to see if it was there... it was lost. This thing was a true blessing, I just didnt realize how much I relied upon it until it was lost.Because of chronic pain, I dont work any longer, our family lost 3/4 of my income. I originally thought I would hold off replacing the massager because I never want to "take" income from the family, but if I dont buy it again, I will be hurting my family by not participating in there live's.If your on the fence of buying it, I believe for less than $40 and it helps just one person. It will be a great invesment for the entire family. think you will love it... if not, you have 30 days to return it to Amazon and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty that is greatFYI...Prior to me loosing my first massager, my son in law used it one time, he is a carpenter with back problems. He got on his phone and ordered this massager exactly like mine.It goes to show, its not just my opinion its the best.

Worth Every Penny
I’d been looking online at handheld massagers for quite a while, but was never really sure if they were worth the money until I took a chance and bought this one. If you suffer from any sort of muscular pain, do yourself a favor and buy one! I suffer from migraines and pain in my hip from a fall. With the pointed head attachment I can target those tense muscle for instant relief. I use this every night before bed and it has been life changing. If you are looking at several options, I highly recommend this one.FEATURES:- It is rechargeable and charges fast. While it does lose some power, it can last well over a week with daily use on one charge. It hasn’t ever died on me yet.- It comes with several head attachments to target different muscles. All of them are great. My favorite is the pointed head to target problem muscles. There is one for legs and arms that is really nice, as well as several meant to target larger areas.- Different speed and pulse settings.- Comfortable to hold. Even my weak arms can hold this for long periods of time without getting tired.- overall seems to be good quality and has not given me any issues yet. Well worth the price. My friend bought one of the $130 massagers on here that I have tried. While the professional grade one is very nice, it usually would require another person to operate it. Honestly this is all you need!

Works Very Well, But A Little Heavy
I really like this massager so far, but I’ve only had it a few days, at this point. First, it works really well at relieving muscle pain. It’s best feature is the fact that it’s cordless, so you can use it anywhere without being tethered to a wall outlet, and, of course, you don’t have the hassle of dealing with a cord! The battery lasts longer than I’d have ever expected, and it has different speeds. It comes with several heads that can be switched out for different uses. However, I doubt that I’ll switch the normal head to any other, at least not very often. There is one drawback that I think will matter to some people: it’s heavier than I expected. For me, a 60-something man, it’s not much of a problem. However, when I try to use it behind my back, it’s weight makes the job awkward. I would recommend this massager to almost anyone, but I would NOT recommend it for someone who is elderly and frail. All-in-all, it seems to be well made, solid, and effective.

Excellent value for money UPDATE 2021You get what you pay for.
UPDATE 2021 The first one just stopped charging. But for $40 I got well over a year’s worth of use so I ordered another one. IF I HAD RECEIVED THIS ONE FIRST, I never would have given such a glowing review. Although the massage element is just as good, it is SO NOISY! It sounds like something inside has not been attached correctly and it worsens with each use. Of course, it’s out of warranty too. I’m on the hunt for a better one.Had this three days and can’t stop using it! I had a vicious MS attack a few months back and am still dealing with PT and spastic and spasmodic muscles in my legs and back. This massager is great! The different settings are ready programmed at the touch of a button(s). There are 6 different heads, or nodes, for different parts of the body, and yes, they do make a difference - although using the large round one everywhere works just fine for a quick massage for me.Because I’m down to one working hand right now, it is a bit tricky as the massager is top-heavy: but that’s my issue and with two hands I’d have no problem whatsoever.Charging is easy and the charge lasts for a good amount of massages. There’s a built-in safety feature that turns the massager off after 15 minutes.I’ve only had the massager a few days, but so far, it’s making a difference to my recovery. I’m loving it so far!
