OK I was not sure how these things would work. And I hear so much about it on commercials and stuff....It's pretty snug, and it takes a little bit to get on. So I was wearing it almost every day for 5 or 6 hours. It's a little bit hard to take a really deep breath in . but it doesn't feel too tight other than that.. I noticed after just a couple weeks I did feel like my waist was thinner and my pants were fittingly better. Although thinking back I'm not sure if it's because of the waist training thing itself? Or the fact that when you wear it you do not eat as much food because you feel Fuller sooner. I did notice that I was not eating as big a meal as I typically do. So either way it's definitely a plus in that department.. What is kind of tricky about it, but I can't say it's a fault of the product, I just didn't think about it. Is that because it is so snug if you have any loose skin or back fat or anything like that..... It's going to puff up over the top like under your armpits area. So you can't wear a snug shirt because you can really see that left over skin or what not. I don't have a ton of back fat but just having that extra skin because I'm 52, you can really see it under your shirt. So I always had to have baggy shirts on and that was a little discouraging because it makes Your waist look great so you kinda want to show it off but you kinda can't.. All and all, this is a really long waisted item and I think it works really nicely. I definitely think you can't beat the price from what I've seen out there and the quality is thick and good. Would definitely recommend it

I am a 48 inch waist. I believe I bought a three or 4X and it was too wide so I had to go down. I originally brought this because I have a long torso because I’m five now it’s like a heavy leather latex. This is great if you’re tall and big, they have a lot of sizes

So my first thoughts before putting on this waist trainer was that it had a strong smell to it! It's as if I walked into my local Discount Tire shop to buy a new set of tires for my car🚗🚜. Don't get me wrong, I love the smell of new tires for my car I just don't like the scent on me. After putting it on, I felt like I was a tire with legs! I'll knock down a star if I see that the scent doesn't go away in the next few days or weeks. The first fitting was super tight. I thought I was seeing stars for a minute or too and it sure as heck doesn't help that I live in Texas where it's too dang hot!☠️ I'm 5'1" and have gained 10 lbs the past year and now weigh 110lbs and I thought the Extra Small would work for me but I never measured myself because I bought an Extra Small in the past and it fit fine. On the first fitting I had it clasped on the outer most clasps and I was thinking maybe I should return it because of how tight it was and instead get a size Small instead. But after wearing it three times it actually seems to fit alright. Also after the first fitting it was really tough to detach the clasps... and I mean tough! My boyfriend was laughing at me because I was battling the two clasps that I couldn't detach even when I was trying to suck in my guts, it was seriously hard work and I had to rest for a while because it was too much exercise for the day. I broke a sweat! But after the second and third try it has gotten a lot easier. I clasp from the top to bottom and also detach from top to bottom. I like that it's for a longer torso and not short. About two or three years ago I had purchased a waist trainer from the same company that was also a size Extra Small but I didn't like how it wasn't long, somehow I lost that waist trainer and wanted to buy another. I'm glad I purchased this one, the length and size of this waist trainer seems to be working just fine for my size.

I got a Large. I was able to close it at the tightest one but I think Medium would be too tight. I’m 5’7 long torso small chested too so I need it extra long to go up high and I’m 196 at the moment trying to get back down to 135. NOT LONG ENOUGH. I’m keeping it because I have already tried & returned so many and I can’t find one longer than 13.7” I just need another 2 inches. Back/armpit fat fully out & lonja under pops out the bottom too. I have just accepted the fact that until I’m skinny enough this will always be a problem. Using it for posture & to stop eating so much. Hopefully I’m consistent this time.

This my fifth Yianna waist trainer. I started with M and am now a size XS . I am 5,2 and found it difficult to get a waist trainer that will not over shadow my torso. I bought the one for short torso but it will leave this fupa and my upper back will be popping out. But with this particular one everything is great. A little hard to put on at first but once you break in you good to go. Don't think twice just buy it. YIANNA WAIST TRAINERS ARE THE BEST SO FAR TO ME.
