The True teachings of God and not of man regarding the feminine
I liked the way, the author took the steps throughout the book in explaining the "history" of how the feminine was excluded from the Bible and how some orthodox religions excluded the feminine from their "creeds" and "doctrine". There's a chapter on Jesus and how he spoke favorably on how important the woman was in biblical times as well as the present time. The author explains why the world is in chaos today, (using examples of past history), what can happen if the world denies "The Mother of the World".

Excellent Book
This is an excellent treatise on Jesus' teachings on women, lost to the world thanks to the patriarchy of the early established church. Both writing and scholarship are of a high quality, though perhaps not quite so high as that of Elaine Pagels, whom they quote throughout, understandably. Much of Booth's and Prophet's research touches on Pagels' scholarly writings about the Gnostic gospels and other texts long ago buried by the early church councils.Well-written and well worth reading, for those not afraid to entertain the idea of the Divine Feminine -- something the western world is nearly starved of, and is badly in need of.

This a must read book, it is a “ terrific “ book on Jesus’ lost teachings on woman.
I learned about Jesus’ revolution for woman, the Divine Feminine, teachings on male and female and how the message was suppressed. It is very enlightening and must be read by all male and female.

Lost Teachings of Jesus in an easy to understand book
Prophet showed in this book the ways that Jesus not only respected women, but that a Divine Feminine source does exist, and has far beyond what is taught in Church. The Bible states many things as well as Gnostic scripture and in this book it is all covered. You not only see Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene, but Wisdom Sophia, and even the Divine feminine in other religions. if you want a starting point that covers so much in one book, this is it.

Another take on why the church suppressed women
We know from Gnostic manuscripts the Gospel of Mary [Magdalene], the Gospel of Thomas, the Gospel of Truth, the Gospel of Philip and the Gospel of Judas, are all missing from the Bible. We now that the church founder suppressed these texts in an attempt to control the people and limit or eliminate women's roles in the church. The Gnostics believed the reunion with God began with gnosis, or knowledge. The author attempts to show this in one way and it follows suit with her husband. It’s a good read for those interested.

EXCELLENTLY EXPLAINS WHAT I ALWAYS KNEW IN MY HEART AS FACT!
I always knew, Yeshua (Jesus) knew the Essence of His "Father". To preach, "I was sent by my Father-Mother, God" would have fallen upon deaf ears.Mary understood her Gods' essence. That "He" was NOT only a female; just as males have female hormones, so to, do spirits have the traits of both. What Yeshua taught from a divine male's perspective, Mary brought forth her divinity, and shared it.Thank you, Annice Booth, for communicating via the written word, what I knew in my heart to be Truth.
