I admit that it's mostly my fault I was expecting a pair and not just one. That is entirely on me.I was expecting it to be bigger than it actually was, but for any other NORMAL hamsters or tiny gerbils, I could see this being just fine!I happen to have adopted a giant monster of a syrian hamster so this was already way too small for her, BUT, otherwise, it was a good purchase!Just make sure you read through the description THOROUGHLY, people! Don't gloss over it and wind up thinking you'll get one thing, and get another like I did!

Wrong, this is cheaply made and as you can see It was broken when it arrived, I have use 3 screws to fix it. Also the one at the pet store is only 5.99 and it’s built strong.

Works great for my chinchillas and the best part is that it's wood and not plastic. So no worries if they chew on it. It is also very easy to attach to the cage.

We love this product so much.Kiwi spends most of her time in in this awesome hideaway.it is very sturdy and it seems as if it can stay intact through a hurricane.The hideaway is a lot bigger than you would think if you just looked at the picture, but it is a good size.

I would hope my chinchilla likes this! He usually attacks everything and eats it in a day but this he did not chew through and he always jumps on it too! It's super cute.

Folds up nicely to pack it away. The roof is a bit hard to clean because of the texture. Other than that, it’s great. I fill the little tray part with peanut butter for my mouse.

Very cute, and a good size for two mice. They like to sleep underneath, because there's a lot of space. Unfortunately, they also like to pee on the 2nd level. Since it's made of wood, it soaked in and I couldn't clean it. Eventually I had to throw it away and go for something plastic, because the smell was too much.

I have 2 Guinea Pigs who used to make a huge mess because they had a bit of trouble reaching their hay (babies). Now, they can stay low on the ground like they prefer and still get all the hay they want without having to fling things. And even gnaw on it when they want to grind their teeth. Very happy piggies and owner.
