I was able to insert an Octal relay and a timer inside the constraints of this rubber "0" ringed weatherproof box.This is used to turn on and off a LED night light in my back yard.I particularly like the fact that the box has top hinges and bottom latches making it very easy to remove,when settingthe time at DST, while also serving to hide the opening latches from prying eyes.Works well and I hope it survives the morning Sun light. So far so good. Good price.

I used this item to enclose the internet coax entering the house. dust proof and waterproof were important for that reason.The ABS high quality plastic drilled easily without splitting or cracking. Also, the internal molded in brass threaded inserts (blind) will allow for attaching brackets. A series of molded in dimples enabled easy drill guides for mounting to any surface.It accepted house paint easily.Overall, I was happy with this product

This box fit 2 power meters for 2 240v legs to measure power used on both legs of split phase 240v for a 5 ton air conditioner. I can measure and log the power over days or weeks and check the power use whenever by opening the box. The weather seal keep the power meters from getting in the weather. No issues with the box. It does what I expected. I drilled holes and added grommets for weather tight seals for the wiring out of the box. Works great. No complaints.

I bought this box to house a solar charge controller on my camper. This required drilling into the box for vents and connectors. Box material drills easily and cleanly. Box is water proof in driving rain. Pleased with quality.

I bought the largest box from the selection, which fits a standard 12v, 7ah battery, common in ups'es and alarm panels perfectly, while leaving plenty of room above the battery for electronics. However, for the $29 price tag, I expect more. For example, removable mounting tabs and a backplane would make this a much better buy. Used it for some terminal strips to connect my trailer pigtail to the chassis wiring. I drilled some holes for incoming and outgoing wires and screwed it right to the tongue. I sealed my new holes with flexible silicone and it works just fine. Already survived a few rainstorms with no water ingress at all.

So overall the box worked well for me. I used it as a passthru on my travel trailer for cables. I drilled out all the holes and it worked, but I didn't like the way it sat on the trailer. There are internal mounting holes, which is great (no mounting hardware) that are threaded for use to mount little rails or something and they cause a "bump" in the back, so the box doesn't sit flush when mounted. It see-saws on these two bumps. I had to use some extra butyl tape to fill the gap. I took a star away for that.

Solid box for project installation. Good clips makes it easy to open and seal again when accessing internally installed components. The is minted outside and no problem with weather or bug intrusion.
