Great value
I was shocked to see how expensive these faucets are and was really pleased to find this one. It’s reasonably priced and works well. It’s been in our bathroom for about a year and we haven’t had any issues so far. Love the design!

I purchased this beautiful faucet for my freestanding tub ,but my bathroom setup required longer supply hoses than the ones provided. I Called the number provided for support and the company graciously resolved my issue with no hesitation.Great and very prompt customer service. I would definitely recommend this product line.

Beautiful
Beautiful faucet. The only problem we had was that the hoses that came with it were too long preventing us to screw the base to the floor. However we contacted the vendor and they will send us the hoses that we need. Their customer service is excellent and the faucet is so pretty.

Good customer service
A part went missing during installation and the company went above and beyond by replacing it free of charge. We have not been able to use as of yet, but looks nice and sturdy so far.

Looks Great!
Our contractor had some difficulty installing this and I think had to buy a small part or two to ensure sturdiness, and compatible hookup. Other than that, it looks classy and stylish and is exactly what we wanted. Functionally, we have had no issues, and its fill rate is quite good. The price compared to other products is excellent. Given all considered, we are happy and rating this 5 stars.

Great product, great service!
The faucet arrived very shortly after being ordered. The install was easy, and after installation, the faucet is very sturdy. It looks beautiful and works as expected. There was a minor issue with the order, but I called the supplier and they corrected the issue immediately (better than I would’ve expected), without charge. I would not hesitate to order from them again.
