As I started to reach middle age I noticed that my waist line was getting a little bigger. Like many people out there I was beginning to feel more tired, I was having sleeping trouble, and I just did not have the same kind of energy that I did in my twenties. I tried changing up my diet a bit, getting more physically activity in my day, but really, there was no noticeable change for me until I discovered Moringa. I feel a noticeable difference when I take this stuff, and when I neglect to take this I am back to feeling crappy, and its as simple as that. This product is really well worth it, and it can make a difference, not only in your weight, but in your energy level, sleep cycles, and the quality of your life.

I have a large, blossoming moringa tree besidemy house and we use the leaves often in saladsand soups. But, if you want cakes or cookies,powdered moringa is just what you want in your kitchen.

Joy Louis, as part of her previous works which were related to the improvement of health, has written a book about Moringa Oleifera a plant not very well known but with excellent properties. The author focused on the way we eat and also in the medicinal properties of this marvelous plant, she unified this information in several easy and simple recipes. I really like this author and how she can take us throughout the entire book, but something that I would like to see is some pictures of the plant and recipes, however, I am sure I will be very happy to read another work of hers recently.

I didn’t know about Moringa until my mom do some research for my sister in order to make her lose weight naturally and at the same time to detox her body. I have to say that it worked for her. When I saw this book on Amazon I purchased immediately to know what other purposes has and I was really amazed that it has another uses as healing diseases and anti-aging properties. I will share this with my mom and my sis for sure.

I first heard about Moringa in a Fox News story. The report mentioned that Moringa is believed to have glucose-modifying, anti-diabetic effects. As virtually every member of my father's family has developed Type 2 diabetes, that immediately got my attention. Joy Louis' book lays out, in well-arranged sections & easily understood language, the vast healing properties of Moringa, as well as the best ways to incorporate Moringa into your dietary & beauty routines. I feel confident now that I have enough information, thanks to this book, to safely acquire AND use Moringa to my benefit!

I wasn’t familiar with the benefits of Moringa for diet and health before picking up this book, but now I’m very intrigued. Pick up this book and learn how this superfood can be life changing for you and your family. I love the examples and detailed information found in this miracle tree book. It was very comprehensive and informative.

Recylcled Google and Wikipedia infomercial. Totally plagiarized! Returned it immediately. Apparently its just a printed out ebook that is barely more than an email. No useful information whatsoever!

I really haven't been able to find much info on moringa, so I was very happy to find Joy's book. Glad to know that every part can be used, from root, to seed to leaf...nothings discarded. Real solutions to real health problems!!

(compared to a lot of other kindle books!!)Clearly more research was carried out than just consulting Wiki.I heard about Moringa or Indian Clubfoot several years ago and have been endeavouring to source trees and grow them. Please do not over water!!Propagate and share with your neighbours or local community garden.It should be in everyone's garden or on their patio. You can keep if pruned to reduce size and encourage leaf growth.Claims made, were sometimes backed up by quoted research, l would have liked to have seen more references.The exclusion of images, as one reviewer noted, is a fault that could have been corrected. Google images will help as will other. Research into this miracle tree.Lack of information on actually growing the tree for the USA also an oversight.The author included a cut and paste, front and back for this book from her essential oil books. Careless.
