Item worked maybe five minutes the first time it was used. It shut off and would not turn back on! Made decent curls in the time it worked on a quarter of my head!

I like this product very much. Only issue was the temperature settings. I have never had a hair tool that came with temperature settings in Celsius. So, I did not realize this at first. Just Be careful!

Was hard to use and found my old straightener did better.

Absolutely love this great buy

I gave this gift to my daughter-in-law who has this lovely long, thick hair. First, we had to watch a video to learn how to use it. Second, I recommend trimming your hair so there are no split ends. Third, I recommend using a hair product that protects the hair shaft from heat and makes the hair slide through more easily. When we FINALLY got the hang of it, her hair did fall around her face in lovely giant soft curls. Just know that you want be doing it as effortlessly as it appears in the commercials.

This straightener does not work like it states for curling your hair! Great for straightening! Don’t waste your money if your going for a curling straightener.

I paid $53 for this product when its actually worth way less. The overall appearance of the product was impressive, but when used on my hair it was choppy. It didn't glide well with my hair and the curls it created were weak. I would not recommend this product. I'm disappointed in the straightener/ curler.

This is good for hair of average texture and average volume. For hair with more texture, you're going to need to work in very tiny sections.
