DO NOT BUY - NOT COMPATIBLE WITH COMPUTERS
These Marshall headphones were the worst purchase I've ever made. Not only are they uncomfortable and the sound quality is embarrassing, but I couldn't use the microphone on the computer. The support was laughable, saying that although their website said nothing about the fact that these advertised headphones had a microphone, they wouldn't work on a computer because they were 'headphones' not 'headsets'. Those terms are NOT ubiquitous - they do NOT mean 'only phones' versus 'only computers'. The fact that their website does not ever call it out (by their own admission) should be false advertising at a minimum!!!The support desk guy, "Jake H", would not escalate my issue, saying it was not a defect, just a compatibility issue and he was the top person in the company in his role. Yeah, right. The number one guy in the company is answer chats at 4pm on a Monday. His attitude that they're "always available for questions before the purchase" is laughable. I don't purchase a toaster and call them to see if it's compatible with bread ahead of time.Regardless, I will be returning these headphones and I'm being forced to ship them on my own dime to the manufacturer. This is easily the worst customer experience that I've ever received. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MARSHALL EARBUDS.
